Mithran Residency

It's a small hotel - not very old, and with some elementary facilities. We went there last week while visiting our daughter at SRM, Chennai. They have only lodging facilities as of now, but close by there are some eateries, who will provide room service as well. The rooms are clean and not too small unlike some other hotels I found in the vicinity.||The biggest plus is, it's located just on the highway connecting the SRM main gate, only 3-4 kms away. Shared taxis charge you just Rs.10/- per head. The meagre staff of the hotel are all very polite and well-behaved, and always ready to help.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night during my visit to the customer in Chennai. The hotel did not had all the facilities and was costly compared to the services offered by the hotel. But yes a good option in emergency if you are in Guduvancherry.

The rooms are just average and the services are also just adjustable. The price is quite lot for the rooms and service they provide. Also the place isnt well maintained. You will have trouble sleeping at night because of the mosquitoes. Better choose other locations to have proper rest

They tell it's 1000 for rooms in the ground floor, which is horrible, I wouldn't give it even 500 a night and the rooms on the top floors are 1300 which makes no sense it's the same looking just a floor above and they don't have a restaurant or complementary breakfast or anything, they overcharge their customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here

It's a very small hotel located between Urapakkam and Guduvanchery, its in walkable distance from EB bus stop. Rooms are very well maintained. It's little cheaper compared to the hotel's in Urapakkam and Guduvanchery. Good service.

Good to Lodging while Touring to Chennai. Mithran residency is fit to all kind of people i think.. i used the economical room with enough facilities. my chief stayed in a luxurious room.She rewarded me for the cheap and best choice of a secured hotel rooms. both we felt the comfortable and restfullness.

It's a good looking hotel with decent rooms. There are no deal breaking cons. You will get a good service. Don't expect royal service. I will definitely recommend it.

An a cheap affordable motel,on a highway which makes it very famous. No Restaurant facility but at the rates at which rooms are provided is really cheap enough for any traveller who can have a comfortable stay over night.Rooms are equipped with nice Air Conditioner.
