Bad behaviour, they asked extra RS.500 even we pay and booked online, We reached room on 11pm they simply said give extra rs.500 otherwise room will not allocate, And you can also cancell and there is no refund as they said, So we have chance on that late night and no way to book any other room, after bargaining we paid extra 400 rupees for that room, Very worst and rude behaviour, Behave like rowdy. I give minus five rating

The Swarg Residence is poorly maintained. I have booked few rooms for family function this month(OCT) and in one room the AC was not working and in other room the tap was repair. In most rooms washbasin will not work. Don't pay full amount before you inspect the room. They will give many false promises. Don't believe them. The rooms are not suitable for family members.

Room was good enough. But bathrooms water supply was not good. We have booked 2 rooms... and in both the rooms water supply was not good. In one room water was continuously flowing from the tap, and in wash basin water supply was not even there. And in other room bathroom commode water was flowing out. We have complained to the manager they said that we are going to call plumber, but no one came to solve this. Room service was good.

Its an apartment like hotel. they are giving the rooms in the apartment. The rooms are good with comfortable mattress,ac,tv. But the bathroom are dirty and water level is too low. Balcony is also dirty. The service is good they gave me plates when i asked. Location is bit interior but you can get olo, uber. I skip my breakfast because of early checkout. Overall good for short stay

Avoid this OYO Hotel - Unreliable and Unsafe Experience I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with an OYO hotel booked through goibibo and feel obligated to share it with fellow travelers to prevent anyone else from going through the same ordeal. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to discover that there were no available rooms, despite my confirmed online booking. The hotel staff simply shrugged off their responsibility and asked me to contact goibibo for cancellation. This left me feeling unsafe and vulnerable, especially since it was already 11:00 pm. Desperate for a place to stay, I reached out to a taxi driver for help, and he tried his best to find another hotel for me. Unfortunately, most hotels were full due to medical MBBS admissions, making it even more challenging to find accommodation. Finally, after a stressful search lasting until 1:00 am, we managed to find an alternative hotel. However, the overall experience had already left me feeling disappointed and wary of ever booking another OYO hotel. To add to the frustration, the customer service from both OYO and goibibo was subpar. When I contacted goibibo for assistance, they tried to mediate with OYO, but the latter was unwilling to help. Thankfully, goibibo refunded my money and offered a reimbursement charge, but the entire ordeal left me with a sour taste in my mouth. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this particular OYO hotel or, perhaps, any OYO property in general. The lack of room availability and uncooperative customer service are red flags that suggest an unreliable and potentially unsafe experience. It's best to explore other accommodation options to ensure a smooth and stress-free trip. Remember, travel should be about creating wonderful memories, not dealing with unnecessary stress and disappointments. Be cautious and choose wisely to have a truly enjoyable journey.

Staff behaviour is rude and rooms are unclean and doors don't even have latch. Staff behalf with us as if we are staying in their property for free and olx as usual helpless and their caller centre is managed by a bunch of clowns.

It's unprofessional and disappointing experience with OYO Flagship 28658 The Swarg Residence. After riding 400kms , I wanted to eat and rest...I reached the property around 1PM today. They denied a room to me because they are not connected with booking.com and they are not doing any online bookings but only walk ins. I requested them to book be a room the property person was charging me 1500 per night where as through app it was 990 for 2 nights. And the person in the reception telling the property person that I am a woman so consider the fact and let me allow me. I don't need a @#$% favour.. This was my pathetic and disappointing experience with OYO and Booking.com. Will definitely hesitate to book online in future after this experience

It's good room stay. But this location is so far from main road. Their service also moderate.
