Regenta Central RS, Chennai(OMR). 4 Star Hotel

We are Newly married couple &family : we have searched number of hotels for post wedding lunch ( virundhu) for 30+ ppl. And we end up booked in regenta central (omr). This place was amazing .The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. |Mr. V.sathishkumar helped us throughout the process. He was very kind with all our family members. He and his team taken care of my family members so well during the lunch.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Staff superb: Francis from Guest Experience, Ritika, FOM and other members of the Front Office, Security Officers Vijay & Suresh, Shila from F&B & others, Director of Engineering Baskaran.. hope no name missed out.. Excellent food. Nice signature scent as you enter the lobby and throughout the hotel. Experience to live again!

Amazing. Ritika melody arti great help and hospitality. The stay have been amazing and I would prefer to come back anytime soon. It is a great hotel with great environment and ambience. One should definitely plan a stay here if they want to have a stay away from the city life and have a decent food and relaxation

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband & kid. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I loved the way they prioritize guest satisfaction and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very good, with a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, including many options from North Indian and South Indian cuisines. Highly recommend this hotel .

The Front Office team is great here. Very cooperative and helpful. We are 20 rooms as a group which was handled in superb way and in very professional way. Very Happy to come back here next time. Start from checkin till checkout it was a great experience.

We are here for a breakfast buffet and the food was really good. Had all South Indian food and live counter also available . |Welcome drinks, traditional South Indian kanji and Ragi koozh also available for the breakfast. Overall it's a good place for a morning buffet .

Absolutely pathetic service , extremely disappointed. We checked in at the lobby , post check-in we were not even offered welcome drink , was brought upon asking. There was no hair dryer or laundry bag kept in room was brought upon request. Ordered food in restaurant at 9 50 , which was said would be arrive in 20 mins when called back and enquired the lady bluntly asked ' now only you ordered sir ' in a rude tone , upon going back to restaurant to get to know if food will arrive at 10 35 , food was on the way and bought. We couldn't sleep the entire night due to external noises from metro work or door closing sounds from adjacent rooms Only good thing was pool and neatly maintained room.

Food is very good. And birthday arrangements are made same as requested. Good choice for food once again Sathish, Vishnu and Marry made the day awesome. Thank you everyone for all the pain taken in a very short notice. Rooms are comfortable yet can be bit hygienic
