OYO Flagship Lake View Resort

I was really looking forward to my stay here, but unfortunately it fell far below expectations. The room was clearly not cleaned properly: the sheets had stains, the bathroom grout was grimy, and there were crumbs and dust on the floor. Housekeeping seemed non-existent. On top of that, the front-desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Check-in felt rushed and dismissive--any question I had was met with impatience or a curt reply. When I asked for fresh towels, I had to wait over an hour and still had to remind them again. Location is convenient, and the building itself looks nice from the outside, but cleanliness and customer service are fundamental--and that's where this hotel really failed. I can't recommend staying here unless you're prepared for subpar hygiene and indifferent staff.

Worst Rooms Ever. Do not be fooled by the images. This person is a scammer who claims everything is tidy. AC doesn't work. Public Bathrooms are better than the restrooms here. Pool is filthy. Skip this property at all costs.

I was disappointed to find the room dirty--stained linens, dusty corners, and a grimy bathroom. Worse still, the staff were not only unhelpful but openly dismissive, especially toward female guests. My friend was spoken over and ignored when she asked for extra toiletries. Cleanliness and basic respect should be givens--this hotel fails on both counts. I'd look elsewhere.

Worst room i ever saw. I have booked this room online. While booking they said Ac available and I also mentioned i will check in at 8am. Then when i reached that place they ask me to pay extra money more than actual affair. I also paid. Then i asked them to switch on the Ac. For that also they asked me to pay money. It was worst and the room also not cleaned. Bed full of ants.. dont book this room . Worst worst....

This is my own honest review. Don't see the good comments and lose your hard earned money. Despite of booking 4 days priorly confiming with even the booking ID , we were denied of an allotment with no due respect or courtesy we have been asked to just leave by around 9 pm as soon as we entered the branch from where we had our booking were asked to seek an adjustment with any of their branches in and around 10-12 kms at that late night and being verified with the customer service we were still asked to accommodate our booking since it had not yet been cancelled but not knowing about their workmanship at that particular branch who refused to accept the given ID and denied with a stupid reason that we haven't contacted them with their personal numbers with the fact dat the number mentioned with the booking was totally out of network the entire day......... Stupidity to the core....... Unbeatable worstmanship

Beside the location is far from resource area the resort is so nice and people here and service also so nice...safety wise It is good

BEFORE ENTER THE HOTEL THEY INSISTED MORE MONEY THAN I PAYED ONLINE. BUT JUST QUIT TO STAY AT HOTEL NOT REFUNDED ANY MORE AND BOOKED SOME OTHER HOTEL AND STAYED VERY HAPPY . THIS IS SECOND TIME FACED SUCH PROBLEM SO OYO IS DOING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND NOT RESPONDED THE CALLS AND COMPLAINTS.
