Hotel Preithaa Garden

We have missed some clothes in the washroom. They have our contact number and everything if they really wish to help customers they would have to call and inform this then they are cleaning the rooms. I have spoken with them multiple times but I have got any information about those clothes. All room service boys speak only hindi and they are opening the door without knocking sometime. Please care about your belongings, even they are having CCTV cam that won't help the customer whenever it is really needed. Car parking is the very worst due to that baggage handle is tough. Please unload first then park your vechicle

In this hotel we cant plan to stay, no priority for pre booking, Advance booking not available Basic in all hotel rooms advance booking only is mandatory But in this property they dont have basic booking option facility itself

The room of this hotel is very good if you take a deluxe AC room, and also the behaviour of the ladies receptionist here is also very good.You have inhouse kitchen available in Preetha Garden, you can also order food of your choice here and the price of the food here is also low.

I recently came to Chennai to attend my cousin's wedding reception and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and neat, but overall they were just average. However, the bathroom wasn't up to par. They had only placed a sheet on the top, and the bathroom was quite hot. Maybe it was just the room we stayed in, but I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that. The TV in the room didn't work properly either. Some renovation work was going on, so the hotel might improve in the future. There was also a swimming pool where kids had a lot of fun playing. What really disappointed us was the check-in experience. My cousin had booked the room in his name. When we arrived and mentioned his name, they didn't even bother to check and simply said there was no booking. Only after we insisted did they finally look it up in the register and confirm the booking. The way they treated us was a bit upsetting.

I had an amazing stay at the Preetha Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor.

Worest Experiance, No Clean, Dirty, No Hygiene people please Don't come here..

All staff was good...sply Kishore sir and Raja was excellent........hotel is very hygine and good ambients......very good place for family for safety.....

It's 1.2 km from the busstand/ railway station. The hotel is old and remodelling is going on. A few rooms aren't ventilated properly. The swimming pool seems like have to pay separately
