Flagship 80305 Sai Sakthi Residency

This is worst hotel residency experience which I have ever experienced. Below is my real incident happened on 2nd Jun. Please dont book this hotel for your good sake to avoid similar incident which I have faced. I have booked this residency 1 delux room for one day and paid the full amount. However, I was denied checked in by the manager.The manager stated that room has been allocated to others. The management does not have professional ethics . These ppl doesn't have experience to run a residency. Money minded greedy ppl After the booking is taken, giving the room to others. How ridiculous the management is. I wasn't informed till I arrived to the hotel. If google have options for negative remarks, I will give negative least number. Again, I recommend this is the worst worst hotel which I have seen. This is better to shut these kind of hotel for welfare of the ppl.

Nobody ever choose this place to stay I've booked this place via oyo and when reached there they were not willing to give us the room Finally at a rate of 3000 I had to book another room which they claimed to be the luxurious room there Meanwhile the place was a total shithole The room was just disgusting The white bedsheets were yellowish and we demanded a change At last they arranged another one which was comparitevly cleaner than the former.The floor and bathroom was a total mess.Very unhygienic and dirty place ever This place is a total disaster Nobody ever go there and get cheated The owner seems to be an arrogant rude person and is a total fraud . Very bad customer service.

Never ever go to this place. You will loose all your respect with your relatives. No lift. You have carry all your luggage through 2 steep staircases. Both the care takers are worst. Car parking is just a big dust bin. No electricity in parking. Not sure, if ever oyo people visited this rooms. Bad bad very bad..

Worst place I have ever seen. There is no proper name board about this residency. No proper parking facilities. Staffs's behaviours is very worst and disrespectful. I have booked rooms 1 week earlier via Oyo. But staffs at the hotel doesn't aware about my booking. I have never seen a worst experience like this before. Please don't opt this

Really sad expirence. I check in on night 10 o'clock there is no reception here. Owner was fully drunk. Ac not working, bathroom door hook broken. there is no key for customer. no TV only one fan and heater is there

Not a friendly welcome. Those two little ones about 12 years were very rude. No sanitation. No soaps. Didn't even have towel to wipe. Oyo will lose its reputation if it allows cheap rated franchise like 80305.

I paid advance of Rs. 5000. But I cancelled my booking 1 week before. The amount refunded for me was Rs. 4900. But as per OYO or Booking.com we have free cancellation or full fee refund. But this was not same as promised.

I cancelled this booking as they asked me for 500 extra for checking in 2 hrs early. Very small parking space , only for 2 wheeler. And during festivals , even if we book via oyo , they won't let us stay..
