I had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently call one of the best hotels I've ever experienced. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional--even with the challenge of heavy rain throughout the day. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with an inviting ambiance that made me feel comfortable immediately. The interiors are tastefully designed, blending modern luxury with cozy charm. My room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every amenity I needed--from a plush bed to a fully stocked minibar and fast Wi-Fi. The rain may have dampened the weather, but inside the hotel, the warmth and comfort more than made up for it. What really made the experience stand out, however, was the incredible staff service. It rained heavily all day yesterday, making it difficult to venture out and enjoy outdoor activities, but the hotel team went above and beyond to ensure all guests were taken care of. From offering umbrellas and warm towels at the entrance to personally checking in on guests to see if we needed anything, their attention to detail was impeccable. I ordered room service multiple times due to the weather, and every meal arrived promptly, hot, and beautifully presented. The menu had a wide variety of options, and everything I tried tasted delicious. The staff even added thoughtful touches like extra napkins, condiments, and a kind note wishing me a cozy day inside. The concierge team was particularly outstanding. They provided great recommendations for indoor activities and were constantly available with a smile to assist. They even arranged a last-minute spa appointment for me, which turned out to be one of the highlights of my stay. The spa itself was clean, peaceful, and very professionally run. One memorable moment was when I was caught outside returning from a nearby store, soaked from the rain. A hotel staff member immediately offered me a towel, helped with my shopping bags, and escorted me to my room, making sure I was okay and offering hot tea. That level of genuine care and hospitality is something you don't find everywhere. Even though I couldn't explore the city as much due to the rain, the hotel made sure I still had a fantastic time. They had indoor games, reading lounges, and even organized a cozy evening tea session with snacks in the lobby area, which helped guests mingle and relax. To sum it up, this hotel truly understands what hospitality means. It's not just about beautiful rooms and good food--it's about the people who make you feel valued and cared for. I will absolutely return here, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and incredible service, rain or shine.

Due to heavy rain we stayed here for few hours. They have asked us to pay 2200. No discount. But AC and fan not working. No hot water facility. So we vacated the room earlier. But they dint provide any refund. One of the worst service ever. Poor management. Fraud people.

The parking place is huge, it is right on highway and rooms are big and clean. Lift available. No in house restaurant. Very Good option for a night stop. Petrol bunk also next door and good vegetarian hotels nearby within 2-3 kms. No issue with Aadhar requirements as mentioned in other posts.

Worst experience. Called receptionist for the wifi password. He hangs up the call while speaking it self. Again I called and asked him that call disconnected. He says what to do now and cuts the call again. Very very worst behaviour which we don't like. Not recommended to stay.

Yesterday I stay in srinivasa hotel, for emergency time helpful for hotel staff, and good service and room service very excellent, car parking also, all services very much good, am happy stay in hotel.

Good to stay nice room interior and good service to be provided easy to reach the hotel and front atmospier is good nice parking facility and also good comman rest room facility good hospitality and all good to stay in that place located in nice place

I was staying many hotels, but Hotel Srinivasa is best hotels and rooms, best response from staffs, Really I love it, last week I stayed with my family, it was really good and nice, last but not least, Superb environment, superb rooms with clean and hygiene

Worst experience in my life. Unprofessional attitude of the front office staff. They needed adhaar card copy of all my family members. Unfortunately my wife had only driving licence which they wont accepted and made us wait there for more than 45 minutes we have already given adhaar copies of all other family members. You cant think of how horrible it would be to make us wait there at 12.30 night. After a long drive. When asked for police station number, staff was not ready to give the no. We searched google for nearest police station and called but no one picked our call. We had to search for another hotel at that late hours with my family. Horrible experience... wont recommend to anybody...
