My 3-day stay was marred by extremely poor service. I experienced an electric shock while using the tap and shower in the bathroom, which was alarming. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken to address the issue. To make matters worse, one staff member was visibly intoxicated and misbehaved with guests at midnight on one of the nights. Although the room was clean and the restaurant was convenient, the hotel's lack of attention to safety concerns and unacceptable staff behavior made my stay unpleasant.

We regularly visit this restaurant on half yearly basis on behalf of our family heritage temple is located nearby . And there is good improvement in the food and quality evey time and it is good now. And Aysan the person who servised us was really really good with is hospitality and his service is great and should be mentioned

Don't choose this lodge especially with your babies.. the worst hotel I ever gone

No one in the reception. Looks like haunted building. Hav been waiting for a long time. After ten minutes one lady came and asked wat we want. Actually she was there talking with someone even after noticing that we are waiting. When I asked the reason she said she thought that I'm from swiggy. So swiggy persons are that much cheap? Such a senseless person not knowing others urgency. Rate too unimaginable. Poor hygiene. Spending our money and getting infection. Kindly don't visit. Tq

Yesterday I was going this restaurant I was ordered chicken biryani but they serve separate briyani mix with gravy chicken it's not chicken biryani 1yrs before this restaurant very good but now a days not good food they serve very very worst

One of the worst ever food tasted in my lifetime so far , Its really pathetic here the way they are making the food. Greatest disappointment of all items served to me was really not fresh and unrealistic in taste. We ordered one schezwan veg fried rice , Phulka , Kulcha , Panner butter masala and Gobi 65. All the items are not good except kulcha. The food here is not a fresh one and in our schezwan rice there is no salt , spice and nothing. its really wasting our money here and i would not recommend to go here. Pros: Kulcha is good Ambience little okay Cons: Cost is high less quality pathetic food Parking not available Worst food ever,, Thinking about zero star. Don't buy food from this hotel, highly dissatisfied.

high end architecture, traditionally themed restaurant but lacks taste in food. Good parking assistance. ambience - 4 star taste of food - 2 star choice of food options - 3 star hospitality - 4 star have rated 2 star overall, to me restaurant is where I visit to satisfy my hunger primarily, but here the primary objective gets defeated.

The pictures given which you see when you search in Google are deceiving. My experience was ok. They have a good dining space. The price here is much high, the taste was ok but the quantity literally disappointed. I do not live at the place or nearby to the Hotel situated, just came wandering about the place. This hotel is a one time visit or for special occasions when you can spend lavishly otherwise it's too much for just one meal.
