Worst experience ever had, the price was too high for that small room and they have only one or two person for the room service and it was very poor. Bathroom was not well maintained and the AC is not working properly. Complementary breakfast was not good, it was very salty. Don't suggest for anyone. We went there because it is in the main area of the city.

Don't do online booking. Number available on website is fradulant. Transferred to their bank account after checking IFSC code Today I got scammed Rs. 4200. Hotel authorities don't have any clue their website being used with fraudulent number. Didn't get any support from the hotel personnel. Very lethargic in answering. Manager didn't attend calls after a while and kept on saying he will come shortly. No attitude towards resolution.

It's near to railway station and to the bustand. Rooms are clean and tidy. Place for work in laptop is availble. But for two occupancy there was only one chair. Neat washrooms. Good food. Service was very good. Mr.Yuvanesh treated the visitors and customers with ease.

Rooms very clean & proper maintain. He provide bathing kit.. Water .. Location also walkable distance from chengalpattu railways station

Worst hotel. They charge like a 5 star hotel, but the services are worst. AC remote was not working, fan was shaking, door was shaking etc. They also don't provide breakfast for the 3500 Rs per day, they charge. Please avoid this hotel.

Ac was not working. Bathroom was not clean. Drainage outlet was dirty. Toilet seat head broken. Room is good but not well maintained

We were waiting around for the 30 minutes to get our food . But they were serving foods who came after us . I don't know whether they give priority by looks or what ? My husband and I really got disappointed.. I never go to that place .

1. The room furnished well but a little tiny one. The bathroom is not maintained well. And the air conditioner also smells bad and I told about that in front office. They said they did service last week. But they need to maintain it properly . Because we have spent more money to stay but without ac we slept 2 days in this hot summer. In down the restaurant food is good Overall ok. This stay is located main sengalpatt town from the byepass just 4 km only. Easy to access.
