Feel like homely environment.such a great place to stay with family. Very close to near renganatha perumal temple. Staffs behaviour very polite and decent manner.Without thinking you can choose for this.

I had horrible experience at this place. Immediately after booking, these people kept on calling and asking me to take a room at their other property since this wasn't updated as full. After arguing for a while they agreed to let me stay on this property saying rooms were available. Immediately after arriving they said AC will not work since some repair is going on and they asked me to shift to their other property. After some argument they said no issues and let me stay there. I felt this was very shady. Someone should investigate this place. Service was ok. Room hygiene was poor and bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Overall these people gave spooky vibes during my stay and kept lying to make me move out. Horrible experience . I wish there were better hotels at this location with better hospitality.

Do not book this hotel - it is infested with mosquitoes - service is pathetic - the front office guys do not understand English and communication is very poor. Stayed here for 4 nights had to change 2 rooms, in room fridge doesn't work, no hot water, mosquitoes mosquitoes and more mosquitoes. They spray the hotel with industrial grade mosquitoes chemical which has a very very foul odour. Just outside the hotel there is garbage dump. Please avoid.

I wish there was a better option in this area... The rooms were very good, but the bathrooms could use some upgrades. They have two in-house restaurants, taste of the food was good, but I had a feeling it was overpriced. The service was the worst - I would have given a zero star if that was possible. There were no toiletries, one had to ask them for everything. Calls to reception and room service were not responded immediately. For both check-in and checkout, they made us wait for more than 10 minutes. And hours later after checking out, they called us asking to make another payment because they forgot to check us out properly.

I don't know, what purposes they are charging close to Rs. 5000 per day. Because for the price not worth it as per service and amenities. Even, in Chennai prime location you will get good 3 star hotel at Rs. 3000 per day. Even, chengalpattu don't have any tourist places. The rooms are not big and there is no proper ventilation. The reception guy attitude like a bank officer.

AC doesn't work properly, charged way too much for cleaning stained sheets, charged 21 rupees for a half litre water bottle. Unacceptable.

Ranga residency is poor in party service party food aren't good charging ports are not working in rooms last week I had engagement in Ranga residency for food they charge 500 rs per plate but food isn't good and service is tooooo poor if u want to enjoy in week end or a meal is good but I won't prefer for functions Receptionist also rude they don't have common sense becz they don't know how to behave with customers WORST HOTEL EVER I HAVE SEEN
