Extremely wonderful experience. I'll begin with the receptionist , who welcomed us warmly. Recommended us the best and most suitable room. The rooms are clean, neat and well maintained. The entire property is very pleasant and chilling .The food and the service they provided us was 10/10. Loved the breakfast. Looking forward to visit Ooty only to stay at Royal Serene Villas

First and Foremost wants to thanks all the caretaker of the property. They all are very polite and helpful and ready to serve at any point of time. Stay- We stayed into Mountain View Room, room size and cleanliness was very good. View from the room is excellent and will make you relaxed. Terrace is accessible for everyone. It is very beautiful and well maintained. Parking- Hotel do have their parking and almost 3-4 vehicles can be parked inside. Outside parking is very safe and have ample space to park . Location- Situated on top of the ElK hill, area called as Bombay Castle. Approach road is quiet narrow and steep but with careful driving won't be an issue. Nearby places- Since it is situated on top, nearby there is no good eatery shop, but hotel do have their own restaurant and they serve very good and hygienic food. You can get almost all food which you need. Tourist Places- Rose garden is nearby and commercial road is around 2KM, Coonoor is around 10 KM. once you comeout and go upside auto will be available. For going to tourist places hotel person will help you to get the cab. No issue on the cab and auto. Staff Behaviour - Superb!! You will feel being valued in this property. They are very helpful, smiling and polite. There is no issue on the language. Overall I will surely recommend to family and couple planning their trip to Ooty

I totally loved staying over here for 3 days. It was very good experience and the overall service was good. The view from the first floor window side room was exceptional. The staff was very polite and the access to terrace was available 24*7. Absolutely loved it

My stay at Royal Serene Villas in Ooty was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The rooms were well-furnished, and provided stunning views of Ooty's scenic landscapes. A special mention to Mr. Diwakar, who guided us on a fantastic day tour. His deep knowledge of the region, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail made the experience truly memorable.

Overall a pleasant experience. Staffs are well behaved. Food was good. Transportation facilities were also good. Can driver Diwagar was very punctual and sincere.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained and Service from Prakash and other his colleagues excellent. Always I will prefer Same rooms whenever I visit Ooty.
