Worst place for food. We had our lunch here. We ordered starters whose mentioned rates in the menu is 90. But in the bill it's mentioned as 180. Same happened for all the dishes. The rate in the menu card and the final bill will be 100 percentage higher. I asked the management about this, and the lame answer was " PRINTING MISTAKE". How can the rates of all dishes get printing mistake. Also the taste was bad, dishes were under cooked. There are many other great restaurants around. Don't waste your money here

Very bad experience. They don't have proper parking, Rooms and bathroom were not cleaned. We cancelled the booking since the promised facilities were not matching after reaching the property. They told they will reimburse the amount but still not cleared the payment. Very pathetic experience. Basically property images doesn't match to actual property facilities.

Excellent food and hospitality! Gokul, service manager was excellent in coordinating the event and organizing the buffet for dinner! Overall excellent service! Would highly recommend!

I was surprised to hear about a Resort in Udumalpet.... Udumalpet a town where I spent my school days... Evergreen destination.... Let's come to the Resorts... I checked in around 3 pm on a Pongal day, Initially disappointed that the Resort doesn't have a Valid Parking Space, I need to Park on the Roadside... Reception is Good...just went around looking for amenities...nothing is there except the Swimming Pool... The room is just average, needed a lot of maintenance I spent some time at the pool and it was Ok kind... The only recommended spot is the Container Restaurant, Service and taste is Great... Morning Complimentary breakfast is just average... Overall for the Price it's not worth it...

I will never recommend this place for the food, very worst experience. I came with my family friends but we have ordered chicken fried rice but seriously the taste was not chicken fried rice don't eat here

Good calm location, nice pool, good food and really helpful staff, easily sorted out various things for us including taxi/auto to transport us and bicycles.

Good. Food quite costly. But enjoyed the food taste.

We stayed with our employees two days back. The manager and his team gave us good food and good service. Breakfast cooked by Mrs. Kani was awesome. But, need to do change many things.
