Hotel staff forced us to pay for the kid though we are ready to accommodate him in our bed, but they do not even provide an additional pillow Swimming pool is just for show piece. They do not allow guests to use it until 11am by giving all possible excuses. Post continuous reminder they will allow to use strictly for an hour only The lady receptionist is too rude. From the start of the day she will be behind asking us to check out No breakfast provided while other restaurants provide good breakfast at a lesser room cost Receptionist will not pick up the mobile number which is mentioned in their website. You had to go enquire in person about room availablity Not a good experience staying in this property

Amazing place to stop by during transit entire place is well maintained balaji and team did a great job taking care of us swimming pool was clean only major draw back is the restaurant such a big hotel and nice staff but restaurant does not provide breakfast and menu are limited mostly limited chinese and a Andhra meals for lunch and dinner only tea was served with coffee mixed flask...it's a big mess when no breakfast is served

I have never encountered such an arrogant management team. The service is terrible, and they seem to believe they hold power over guests due to the lack of good hotels in the area. This arrogance will ultimately lead to their downfall.

Worst place to stay. Management n staff doesn't know how to treat the quests. Experienced a worst stay. The propery was huge but the management was very stingy. No provisions was made to drivers for their washroom too.

Very worst place to stay. Never ever prefer to stay here. Very worst communication and response. No humanitarian concern for the drivers and no alternative measures are made. Beware of the peculiar timings before you check in. Never do any bulk bulking here simply seeing pictures of the property.

The building looks nice and clean, rooms are posh and stylish, no doubt about it. For some reason, the other people closing the door sounds like banging your head. Not one or two, continuous bangs for around 1 hour since 6.30 am. Ufff... Some design failure l think. They didn't have toothpaste stock unfortunately, that's ok, but they were not bothered to buy one from a shop opposite even if that has gone out of stock recently. Should the guest skip brushing that day? For the cost of the room, you expect such customer care, isn't it? No towel or drinking water for the new guest arriving, until you ask them to bring. No hot water for shower, usual excuse of heater problem same way as any other cheap hotels. Luckily, the usual water isn't salty, l know this area has very hard water. Who wants to use a swimming pool, when you don't have basic things? Message to the owner: Just building doesn't grow your business, you need right people, especially educated in Hotel/customer management in this case.

Worst experience of my lifetime.I would not recommend this place to anybody.Infact I don't know why they are running this hotel when are they not willing to rent it out. We had called up the property prior to our arrival and had informed that we would be arriving at night but when we arrived late at night they rudely refused saying no rooms were available and the property is fully occupied.Since it was quite late at night we literally had to fight to get the worst room that we could we have asked. We realized there were lot of free rooms available(confirmed it) and were lied about its occupancy for some unknown reason which hotel staff is not willing to reveal but would never refuse if you call them. I would simply say never ever step into this hotel.They have no intention of running this business.
