Global Village Ooty

I recently visited the Global Village Resort in Ooty, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had a lovely view of the hills. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was tasty, and the service was prompt. I especially enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the well-maintained gardens. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Ooty. I would definitely recommend this resort to families and couples looking for a comfortable stay.

It was a wonderful experience for us staying in this resort. Staff is very courteous and helpful, View of Valley in wonderful from this place. We would like to extend our Thank You to Mr. Benjamin there who was always ready to make our stay memorable for us. He helped us arranging a surprise cake cutting with music and flower for my husband's bday celebration and charged us almost nothing .Thank you Global Village Resort for giving us the wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend to others.

Hotel location is good and service is also not bad but They have to improve in some areas like we opted breakfast and dinner including room but breakfast timings are not matchble for regular travelers because usually traveller will start between 7:30 to 8 :00 am but they always say it will. Start at 8:30 am ,Which is suitable for regular travelers but service is good after 7:30 am :-)( because I tried to call at 6 am to 7 am but no luck) .. please improve this area and also please wash blankets after customer checkout the hotel because it's good for next customer health because we observed some bad smell .. Please give compliment food for regular travel drivers because of them only you people are surviving.. These points are need to improve in your hotel apart from that all good..

We had great time at this resort, rooms were clean and food was tasty for breakfast and Very polite and helpful staff especially the buffet and restaurant staff take care like a family.. I am very impressed! |I am thinking to plan another trip to Ooty next year for staying in this resort.

Super in scenic beauty, exotic location. Rooms are big,clean, well maintained and equipped with warm water and good room service. Place is huge with play area for children as well. Must visit for whole family. Make ur holidays exuberant. Thank you Suresh (Holiday life tours) . We stayed at Global Village in Ooty for a group picnic, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offered beautiful views and a peaceful environment, perfect for our group. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to each other, making it easy for us to stay connected. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, although dinner was a bit average. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Global Village for anyone visiting Ooty.

This place were neat and clean. The room service and food services were good. We had also enjoyed campfire and BBQ

We recently stayed at Global Village Resort with our office team of 31 members for three nights, and we had a pleasant experience overall.||Rooms and Scenic Beauty:|The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered stunning scenic views from each one. The resort's different cottage options, catering to couples, bachelors, and families, are well thought out. We particularly enjoyed the Romantic Rome and Dutch Durbar rooms, which maintained a charming old-style decor and featured a private garden--a great spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings.||Food and Dining:|The breakfast was delicious but lacked punctuality, with delays of around 30 minutes on some days, which could be improved. Lunch was had outside, but the dinner experience was average. The menu included only one chicken item, which we found below average in both taste and quantity. Despite our request for an egg dish in either breakfast or dinner, it was not accommodated. Overall, I would rate the food 6/10.||Accessibility:|For those traveling in larger vehicles, such as buses, it's worth noting that parking is on the main road, requiring a walk of 100-200 meters to the resort. This could be inconvenient for some guests.||Overall Ratings:||Food: 6/10|Rooms, Cleanliness, and Scenic Views: 8/10|In summary, Global Village Resort offers a comfortable stay with great rooms and breathtaking views, making it ideal for group outings.
