Don't know about the resort or rooms but well know about spa scam they are conducting. First they charge you for spa and if you ask any extra service they'll explain.. if you are interested they make make you pay for spa and take you to the room. Then the real scam happens. Then everything happens on your own risk. One important thing.. they don't know nothing about spa. I don't want to reveal all the scam they have done.

The resort is really awesome. All friends and family enjoyed nd had a great time. Resort is particularly located near falls and nature views. It was mind-blowing experience. Especially they arranged for a private falls trip , it was like wondering. Food and hospitality was really good. We all loved thandoori chicken, it was tempting.

A decent resort with stunning views ..nice spot near to old coutralam and a decent distance from other falls..only issue is their restarnt..they have one..but all foods wont be availble..otherthan that good resort and nice stay

We stayed in Villa type unit at Green Garden Resort. It was a AC studio suite. It was very well maintained and hotel staff was very accommodative. Spacious enough for two families and resort had kids play area, spa, game board room and also attached bar facility. Location and landscape of the resort is amazing. The tariff was very affordable considering all the amenities. Will definitely recommend for a great stay at Green Garden Resort, Courtallam.

Nice place to stay with your friends. Staying with family or kids would be a bit difficult since no food or even milk is available there. Totally zero room service and they are providing only water. The location is a bit inside from the main road and away from the main city. We really enjoyed the location and my concern is only on the food side. Rooms are very spacious and water is also in good quality. No CCTV is there and they have to make some in the room entrances at least for some safety for the family customer. With the current status of the place it's a good one for bachelors.

Overall, our experience at the Green Garden Resort, old kutrallam was fantastic. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The location provided breathtaking mountain views, and the twin villas we booked were both comfortable and well-appointed. Additionally, the tandoori chicken served at the resort's restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every taste. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to others.

One of the best resort in my experience since it is located amongst the beauty of the nature. Scenery especially in the morning its a treat to watch from the top of the villa. Worth visiting this resort even during coutrallam non seasonal times.
