We booked 2 non Ac-rooms and both were horrendous to say the least. Hygiene in the room was taken for granted - sheets were old, the mattress was smaller than the bed frame and wash basin in the bathroom was anytime about to fall. The service was bad as well we were even charged extra for just one papadam and a bit of curd, which felt unreasonable.|We shared our concerns to reception but no visible efforts were taken

Extremely Disappointed - Would Not Recommend We booked two non-AC rooms and both were in terrible condition. Hygiene was taken for granted bedsheets were old, the mattress was smaller than bed frame, and the wash basin in the bathroom was anytime about to fall. The service was poor and food was below average, we were charged extra for just one papadam and a bit of curd, which felt unreasonable. We shared our concerns with the reception, but no visible effort were taken. The only advantage is the distance to Palani temple was walkable

We went dor the dinner, only dosa was there that too wait for 15mins and we stepped out. Next we went for breakfast. Very bad, only one person to serve. Food was a disaster even the coffe/tea. we just visited again because it is very nearby to temple.

I booked two deluxe rooms including breakfast. The hotel location is the best for those who visit palani as it's very near to the temple and convenient. It's the nearest place you can have. The hotel rooms lack cleanliness and hygeine. The bed sheets found torn out and and all the room corners found with lot of dust. The provided chairs are unclean and not good for sit. The worst part is their restaurant which is not at all clean. The plates they served are not clean and found seriously dirty which made us reject the food they served. Those who having the breakfast coupons, they served in plastic utensils which are not standard and good for human use. Suggest those who book this hotel, make sure to avoid the breakfast part. Even though we didn't take food because of hygiene and cleanliness issues, the hotel management didn't bother to apologise or compensate for the money we paid for.

We stayed for 2 days at this hotel. It is a great option in an affordable price. The hotel is situated nearby the temple steps making it easy to access. Additionally, the rooms are well-maintained. The staff was very cooperative in helping us arrange a vehicle since we had to reach the railway station at 3 in the morning. This hotel is a good choice if you are planning a family trip to Palani.

I had an excellent experience with Rezard! The quality of their service/product exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-organized, and the attention to detail was impressive. Worst Experience..We were not allowed to entire the lift without paying initially for the rooms..entire family was made stand there, infact they even forced to bring the bags outside the lift which was already loaded. Room were not clean. All the sub staffs keep asking for money. While checkout we were given bill of some extra coffee and meal which we haven't order- which we haven't paid but they made us feel so humiliating. Its just nearby to temple other than that would not recommend

Parking facilities are ample, and hot water is available during the morning and evening hours. While the food served on the premises is excellent, with exceptional quality and generous portions, there are areas for improvement in service. The housekeeping staff is slow to respond, and the manager appears unable to address guest concerns effectively. Additionally, issues like an improperly fixed towel stand remained unresolved throughout the stay.
