Sp Residency Karuvalur, Avinashi

Good stay. Very neat and clean. Pet friendly. The price is bit high but worth the accommodation. No wifi avilable till now.

New building still under construction. nearly 40 rooms are available for now. Pleasant stay. Near clean reasonable price. We stayed in king size bedroom A/C cost 2500rs per night and 300rs refunded once checkout. Each corner even in parking area camera s set. Recommended

SP Residency is nicely located close to our destination, so we went there for a short nap and quick refresh However, the very first experience was not good, rhe flush was not working. So, we checked inti a different room The situation was worse as geyser was not working and had to take bath in cold water. Then a service person fixed geyser problem, albeit temporarily, as the geyser didn't work next day and had to bathe again in cold water. The urility water is very saltish, I was expecting good quality water in a place close to Coimbatore The price is also very high at SP Residency at Rs 3,000. My regular place opposite to Coimbatore railway station which has good amenities costs only Rs 2,500 and Rs 3,000 for SP is very high. I however went to SP Residency as it was on my way to my destination at Onnipalayam. But the overall experience was very bad at SP Residency was very bad, and would not recommend. The only solace is that breakfast is free for 2 people, and was good. Dosa is crisp and good quality side dishes.

No service... No drinking water facility

Rooms are good and neat..Bath room is ok..Staffs needs training to know about customer handling..we cannot expect more from a place like Karuvalur as it is a small village!!.it is located on the highway and easily accessible..!! They have ample parking space..

Very courteous staffs. Simple near clean rooms. Accommodation much suited for family. Had stayed here more than 3-4 times. Everytime thay maintain their rooms & service. Thanks team

Hotel located in Karuvalur towards Avinashi-Annur route in Tirupur Dist. Locality: Village Area,2nd Floor Pros : Room are clean and comfortable. Feels like your staying in 3 Star Hotel. Hot water facility Service person is very helpful Under CCTV camera surveillance Cons : Amble Parking is available not under Shed No decent restaurant in around 2Kms. Price bit costlier but worth for money. I can strongly recommend this place for stay if your going to Sakthi or other place. Instead of checking into Tirupur Hotels under traffic. It's a best option for stay.

Worst Lodge, I stayed 4 days back no bill provided getting deposit not returned back... Not behaving properly with guest room boy.... bathroom worst
