Amika Hotel, Madurai - Near Airport

Nice and helpful staff. Amazing food prepared by Chef Vivek... the butter chicken was the best dish in the whole India. He also came to our table to check on us and we want any adjustments. Very tasty! Totally recomand! Xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxxoxox

Ambience Was nice ,Food was amazing loved the hospitality Chef Muthu gave us personal attention and served us hot tasty food . Keep up the great work .Must mention wide spread in the Breakfast Buffet. The Rooms are very neat and clean. The staff are extremely friendly on the whole my experience was very satisfying.

Neat and clean rooms and property in general. Rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities. Peaceful locality. Closer to airport (7 km - 10 min drive). Food quality is good and reasonably priced. Most suited for business traveling.

Booked by a friend for marriage. Maybe it is bulk booking or cheaper rate. But nothing basic was available in the room, Towels, bucket, mug, shower cap. Everything has to be asked for. No room service for breakfast and hence no other option except Buffet Breakfast which is over priced. The front office was not courteous in telling the check out timings. We do understand their rules and commitments. But unlike other hotels, they are not forthcoming with questions for the guest concerns. Very cut & right, that is not good for business. Location is bad with nothing nearby. There is no taxi services from the hotel. They say Red Taxi casually which is not available. On personal basis, they can atleast share some nearby taxi / auto contact details. They do not know anything? How do they commute? Do they not move out of the hotel at all for their personal requirements?

One of the good hotel in Madurai with big rooms and efficient service. Amazing food especially we had great variety in food festival 'Marina in Madurai'. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall enjoyed the stay!!

Marina in Namma madurai is just awesome Great spread, Yummy food and wonderful ambience . Marina street food was the icing on the cake. Chef Muthu took personal care of us and the whole team was superb. Great job Team Amika. ||Gowri S Raman , Madurai

Neat the airport & a little away from the town so it's not congested. Rooms are clean & spacious & convenient. The baths are clean & neatly laid out. I especially liked that the mirrors are heated to prevent them from frosting over while using the shower. Breakfast was good - wide choice, a little chaotic at peak times but staff were always helpful & doing their best. Will certainly consider for our next visit.

Mr. David is an efficient manager. He understands the needs of the customer and behaves accordingly. His skill of connecting with people is excellent and he has good outside contacts due to which he does not hesitate in providing any kind of help to the customer. He has many other qualities which are very good for taking the business forward. I would like to thank all the staff for their cooperative behavior. I would like to thank the person who leads the cooking staff because he is always ready to improvise in the food by understanding the needs of the customers. Thank you Amrit Singh
