This place is not worth spending your hard earned money.The hotel reception staff harasses people to vacate by 10 am, when they had agreed to allow check out by 12pm. The amount to book needs to paid in advance and if people don't turn up,money is not refunded.The policy is worth for millionaires maybe,however people in the locality are normal population which makes their living with daily hard work.Oh one more..the expensive hotel doesn't even have a parking,the road in front isn't good, so you need to search a parking all by yourself.Washrooms are okay, but beware you may need to clean the algae soaked buckets and also ask the staff to provide mosquito repellents as they breed mosquitoes heavily.Overall the ac rooms would smell of cigarette smoke, so people with respiratory issues can avoid this place.

Just happened to be there due to a family wedding function booking, worst service, rooms are good, but not well maintained, dusty and with spider webs... No in house restaurant.... Couldn't find any luxury as the name suggests..

I stayed here for a night to attend a marriage near to this hotel. This is the best hotel in Avadi. Hotel is ok and we can't expect more from the hotel as this is far away from the city. Decent staffs and rooms are clean and tidy. Stayed here with family.

Its a small building (lodge )with 6 or 7 rooms in a floor. Lift available. Double bed & two delux rooms are available. Rent is also reasonable. Only lodging , no car parking. Good to stay for a day or so or one night or business trip. Nothing special. A good normal lodge . It is just 3 minutes from the GKS convention marriage hall.

Room, Bathroom,A/C ok,Two Wheeler parking only, car parking on entrance road,Water Heater ok,No restaurant.Bath water is slightly smell.security Guard,service boy and manager working gentle.

Does justice to the name. Truly a luxury for the price. Check-in was a breeze.. Nothing extraordinary though.. There's a lot of room for improvement in the check-in process though.. Nothing short of a star hotel once you enter the room. Attention to detail is amazing. Jaguar bath fittings, USB wall sockets, Hitachi central air-condition, kettle with everything you need for a tea or a coffee, smart tv connected to the internet. Internet router inside your room for excellent Wi-Fi coverage, amenity kit which includes dental and shaving kit.. and a cozy and comfortable bed with comforter.. all this for the price of budget room.. a much more comfortable and bigger pillow could've made it even more amazing.. But that's just a personal choice..

I loved the experience of staying here. Well maintained rooms, neat bath rooms, 2 ACs, clean beds and quick response from reception are a plus. A good place for a single or travelling pair to stay in chennai.
