Hotel O Eswar Residency Avadi

Very Bad Experience - Not Recommended We booked a room at Hotel O Eswar Residency, and our experience was extremely disappointing. There were several serious issues: Only one common washroom for the entire floor, which had 6 rooms. All guests had to share that single washroom. The washroom was dirty and unhygienic, filled with used shampoo packets, innerwear, and other trash. No Wi-Fi was available despite it being listed in the amenities. No provision for drinking water was made available. The receptionist's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn't even allow us to speak properly and were very arrogant in their responses. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This place is definitely not recommended for anyone. Please avoid staying here, as you will likely suffer the same issues we did. We also request MakeMyTrip to verify such listings properly and ensure that such hotels are not misrepresented on your platform.

Pictures will explain... All Rooms are not having attached Toilet and Shower, the full hotel smells cigarette smoke and somebody cooking non-veg and it's smell also coming... No lifts and they are charging double from online rates even we book in online we need to pay extra on check in...

I had a very bad experience. I booked the Oyo Room and came here and had to pay an extra 2000 rupees. Very dirty room
