Sterling Kodai Valley

Our stay was very pleasant. All the staff at the hotel very very nice and helpful. We had gone for the thematic suite. View was amazing. We had also opted for the complimentary breakfast and dinner plan. Food was very tasty and had a wide spread of variety. Overall our stay was awesome and we enjoyed alot. Front office peoples are very nice especially Karthika with smiling face

Sterling properties are always very nice place to stay with large rooms, grt scenic view, all facilities inside the properties itself like spa, bar etc. The property is very well developed with quite a good area & gardens. Food is superb in complimentary breakfast & buffet dinner with good number of varieties. Staffs are cordial. Almost everything is good except 2-3 things. Rooms service is slow..u have to remind them again & again for just water bottle. I asked for their tour package with some changes according to me. Over phone they told that they will inform but even after half an hour, no reply received. On going to the reception only they informed that they can't change it & no cabs are available right now. The tour packages are much costlier in comparison to market rates.. for village tour I booked outside Toyota Etios in 3500 whereas hotel was charging 4800 for the same. I enquired about Paediatrician near hotel or in main town but after repeated calls at reception they have not provided any information about any Paediatrician. It was a serious concern as my 7 months old son has fever & being at their property, they should have provided help. Overall u can enjoy at property.

We Had Amazing Stay At Sterling Kodai velly resort . After an intense hike I wanted to recharge and decided to visit Subuthi Spa, located within Sterling Resorts, This was an excellent decision! The treatments were excellent and the staff very friendly and competent. I had the most amazing massage with a lovely lady called Brishuma.. She gauged the pressure perfectly and had the most amazing arms and hands.. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, calm, and with a renewed sense of energy. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service! We enjoyed this hotel very much, we stayed for 5 nights and every day was an experience. The property is on a hill top away form the hustle bustle of the city. The rooms are very spacious and with modern style furniture. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are right sized with all the amenities. The restaurant serves great food. I would like to specifically thank Mr Rajesh for his exceptional hospitality in the F&B deptt. Also to Mention Mr Aasai, Mrs Manjulatha Mr Laxman, and Mr Vijay from housekeeping, they were all support for anything we needed.

I am staying at this property today for one day and my experience hasn't been good so far. Location and view is simply perfect to have a peaceful vacation. Something I found horrible about this property is that they don't have food situation sorted out. I paid 16k for one day stay and was looking for peaceful self paid lunch at their restaurant. It was 3:30 pm when I went to their restaurant and had to request them to take order since no one paid any attention to us. The entire staff was so lost. I had to repeatedly ask for 4 times about the options that are available and till the end they couldn't give me confidence that my food will be served. They had no clue if they could serve food or not at that time. They told us about availability of 4 options - 2 sandwich and tea/coffee. I did not like the service at all and trust me if you have budget to spend so much, better consider other properties. If sterling is reading this, you better get in touch for detailed feedback. Excellent property, with wonderful valley view from rooms. Wonderful food spread, particularly the breakfast. Nice games room to keep engaged in evening. Above all, very helpful and courteous staff. Only improvement area: lifts can be explored in the 4-series block, for aged ppl.

I am currently staying at this Hotel with my family. We booked 2 Classic Valley View Rooms here for 3 days, from 16th April to 19th April. We paid almost 17500/ for 2 rooms per night, in total 54000/- approximately on Make My Trip. Location of the property is good. But, rooms are pretty small as compared to the tariff what they are charging. All the games apart from the Carrom Board or Chess are paid, like, Snooker, PS Games, Archery, and shooting. Their restaurant menu is too over prized. Because we went to several restaurants here with better places than this, like, Whistlers Cafe by Grt Hotels, Silver Oak by The Carlton. Their prices are much more lesser than theirs. Their in room dining rates are very very over prized. Classic Valley View Rooms are made in a building which looks like a chawl or a regular lodge. Which doesn't have any CCTV cameras as well regarding your safety. Room cleaning is done without changing the linens & towels. They don't even provide the Hand towels as well, even if you ask them. There are lot of other things as well, like, lack of services, cleanliness,etc.

Had a truly memorable stay at this resort! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their courteous service. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. What stood out most was the breathtaking sunrise over the valley--easily one of the best views I've ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature in comfort.

Excellent service with all departments having very helpful, kind and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Gorgeous and very scenic beauty from every room of the resort. Good activities for children planned every day. Sterlings service was superb .
