Had a wonderful stay at Purple Orchid. Location is a bit hard to reach but it is not a deal-breaker. Travel arrangements are all readily available to and from the town centre. As far as the rooms go, they are all very clean and well-managed. Service requests are promptly addressed by the housekeeping staff. The entire homestay complex is nestled in a mini-valley of sorts providing a very tranquil and serene view of the hills all around, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff are all extremely courteous. Rates are also quite reasonable. The highlight of the stay was the very simple and homely meals cooked there. Overall a true delight. Keep up the good work.

The staff was friendly, professional (specifically Nagaraj), and always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I had were handled promptly. Overall, I would recommend Purple Orchid to travelers looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a bad experience as we felt that the staff is rude and they don't provide the basic amenities in rooms like soap & water. Even after asking multiple times they just ignore you and they just focus on the larger groups who are staying instead of you. I don't think the location is also good since it is literally nowhere. The stay is not worth the drive or money!

Good, decent place. Stayed in Premium Queen rooms, they looked recently built and new. 2 rooms are combined with common hall so can be used as a family suite too. Good homemade food. Breakfast is limited choice but can order from menu. Not much of a view though there is greenery around and location is far from city 6-7kms, so no shops around for food. Service was good and prompt for any issues/concerns.

Resort is available in Excellent location, clean and neat room maintained very well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. food is very tasty and homely overall its Amazing. We Strongly recommend for otherss and its very good place for family stay..

Too far from the center of kodai. No choice but to go back and forth for food as the hotel gives you a list of menu options but they tend to not have anything that you order. Hence forced to sleep hungry as the place is so far away and is a risky drive. Rooms are too small but falls under budget

I have stayed for 2 days over there..room was quite good n neat.their service also very good..but I am not comfortable with the food price here..it's very costly..thing twice before you order food there. Especially non veg..even though they make good food..price is too high...
