This is a nice place to stay; hopefully, after seeing the photos, we will book as well. However, we disappointed the fire camp and service home owner, who placed numerous orders to don't touch up the walls and dont keep items near the wall its newly painted. Confirm and schedule your visit to this location. Service told not given to guest this is major issues.

We visited Kodaikanal post-Christmas 2024 and stayed at Nikki Neo Home Stay. Our host, Mr. Santhanam, provided exceptional hospitality. The property was well-maintained, and the food was outstanding. He also arranged a thrilling safari experience with a memorable riverside dinner. Rating: 5/5 stars.

Good one enjoyed the stay with clean rooms . Only Negative is the privacy the owner keeps on appearing uninvited which kind of affected our privacy otherwise good one throughly enjoyed it

Home stay good but way of behaving property owner not good Night time (un-time) he will come and distribute us Also with intention to get extra charges by telling wall got dirty without seeing previous condition (same condition before &after) Quality of food provided also very average (not worth for money)

We had a fantastic time. The staff (Mr.& Mrs Sakthi)is extremely courteous and helpful, and they will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect. We ate breakfast on the lawns and had a bonfire one night. The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and hot water is available on demand...

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. This was possible because of Sana and Shakthi who were our host. Couldn't ask more, they were so friendly and flexible all 24 hrs. I really liked the amenities. Speakers all over the place to chill out. The price I paid was absolutely worth it!
