4U RESORT

First of all locations is very interior there is transport facilities nor food facilities available at there end. Worst room and worst staff services. Bed was too bad condition. My advice kindly don't book room here and later don't regret yourself. Alvin and his team will not respond after u do advance payment.

Its actually a very good place to stay... But the management should keep the bed clothes clean..its not clean is the only concern.. other than that its so good...and the balcony door was locked...make access to all balcony space from their rooms...people are so helpful and friendly here...after requesting them they changed the bed cloth. Maintain clean rooms and clean bedsheets ..pillow covers...

We used this property for one day. Rs.1800 for one double room. Bus willnot reach at hotel. Around100 meater away bus will come.

I'm staying in 4u resort Kodaikanal, it's very nice property and food us awasome, friendly staff room near and clean

The location of the resort is good. You can reach the centre of Lamai on foot via the beach in about 30 minutes. There are a few small, good restaurants around the hotel. The staff are friendly. The service in the restaurant is not as good. They hardly speak any English. Outside of the restaurant they don't come to ask if you want something to drink or eat (neither at the pool nor on the beach). You have to ring bells to request service. The ones on the beach didn't work for us. When you receive the menu, it is worn out and partly broken. The food is okay; it could be better in terms of flavour and a lovely presentation of the food would also be a recommendation. We only ate there once and not the other days. The bungalows we had were getting on in years. But they were okay and the room service was very good, friendly and the cleanliness was very good. The 8 sunbeds next to the pool should be replaced. You can feel the iron bars in your back, which is really uncomfortable. The carpet by the pool is even uglier than in the photo. Does not invite you to linger there. The final bill was very time-consuming. Because you get a total and have to be able to check whether you really drank it. In other words, there is no till system so that guests can easily check their bills. Our recommendation is that you pay directly. The sea and the beach are super beautiful.

I was Stayed For Three With My Friends. It Was pleasant and Enjoyable.The service is good.

I stayed with family on Oct 2022 This is not a resort. It is like a lodge. bed sheet not washed and bath room not cleaned properly. They Will Provide Hot Water from 7 am to 10 am and hot water kettle not working , this is major problem who staying along with kids. intercom phone not working. complimentary breakfast quality is too worst. They said the driver accommodation is free. But they charged an extra 300 per day for the driver. please don't choose this lodge.
