Pros: Receptionist is friendly, bathrooms are clean, super cool AC, location, spacious parking. cons: rooms are a bit small, no wiFi at all TV is there , when asked, receptionist said we have to connect it via out mobile data only as hotspot(?!) mobile signal is very weak, so we couldn't watch TV Rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the people talking and walking outside and in reception, corridor is big congested. Everything we need to ask multiple times , like water bottle, bed sheets, towels. no restaurants nearby. This is the only decent highway hotel in Salem-ulundurpet stretch, so they are taking advantage of it. They need to improve the service and standards.

This place has only 2 AC rooms per floor. Other 4 rooms in the floor are tiny with no AC. Moreover the nonAC rooms have a common toilet in the corridor which I never seen in my life time. Who in the world will prefer a common toilet during hotel stay. Strictly not advisable for family. It's located right on the NH with no shops near by. Plan accordingly. During winter it's ok to stay in nonAC rooms and this is more of a stop & go place or have bachelors party. Nothing great about it. Though I personally have no issues, thought of sharing the facilities about this place. Choose accordingly. Good thing is, it's a brand new property and it's clean inside the room but there are constructions going on. Corridor would be dusty.

Had a very worst experience from the management team I booked a room, at that time they (Duty Receptionist- 1) didn't mention a word like there is no refund, if I cancel the stay. Then due to a change in plans I informed them (Duty Receptionist -2) about cancelling the room and asked for a refund. Initially they said we'll let u know about refunds, after discussing with MD. Then they informed me, if the cancelled room was accommodated by any other person we'll refund the amount. I thought that's ok. And in the middle of the night (around 3:30 AM) again they called and confirmed with me about cancellation and they told me, we'll refund the amount by tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM. The above all happened through phone calls. I visited the residency while I was returning after completing my work and asked about a refund... The Duty Receptionist- 1 insisted that he told me before booking only, there is no refund if I cancel the booking, but he never informed me like that. I asked for his MD number and I called, he didn't pick the call 2 or 3 times. His Duty Receptionist- 1 informed that he's in a meeting, so he won't be able to lift the call for now. After so many tries, MD lifted the call and he was not listening what I'm trying to say and his words were very singular. I was very disappointed with his words.. After that they are not at all picking the calls from my number. Sucks... Note: There is no regular public transport to the location (last bus 8:30 PM from attur bus stand).

Maybe it looks like a remote location but manager mani takes care of everything from food till ironing clothes .. he is the best good service

Came here to take rest on a road trip. It was comfy. Service is good.

Owner not gave proper response and also non AC rooms they told but I paid then I'll go and check rooms all non AC rooms only one common bathroom very worst service for one hour I paid 800 rs for refresh, kindly check and go jeeva residency.

Owner is very Kind, we stayed with 2kids, they provided all the support. The room is neat and clean. Thumbs up to main such room along the highway.
