Very big and good property but lacks professionalism due to untrained and less staffs. if that changed this would become one of the best resorts which can attract repetitive customers. Mainly a river very near to property is a very big plus.

Calm and Family Friendly resort , Food was very good. All the staffs are polite and helpful. Employee Gobi did a good job throughout our stay. Highly recommended place.

A place with a large area which was not suitable for elderly people and the food was average. The service was a bit okay but some of them only cooperated with the residents. Mr. Gopi was the only man who interacted with all the residents with care. So, it is a quiet and well placed resort in Pollachi.

We had a great stay with beautiful views and private river access. A big thanks to Mr. Dinesh for making our check-in and checkout process easy. We arrived late and exhausted, and even though the kitchen was closed, they kindly provided us with buttermilk when we requested it. Their service made us very happy. While leaving, my mom forgot her hair clip in the room, but Mr. Dinesh called us and brought it to our car. We truly appreciate their hospitality and highly recommend this place!

The rooms are under maintenance and construction. The construction workers were allowed to visit the guest areas like dining and pool which's is awkward. The property had only us when we visited and grass was not attended and pool was cleaned only after we reached the spot and construction tools and remains were littered all around making it difficult for kids to move around.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Thiruchitrambalam palace and resort. Staffs were very warm and welcoming. Excellent hospitality. Resort incharge Mr. Govindan called before our arrival and asked for our lunch preference as they did not have a running kitchen due to less occupany. Resort was very neatly maintained. Though there was some renovation work happening, rest of the resort was clean. Play area for kids was functional and good. Pool was ok. Can access river stream from the rear compound of the resort (This could be maintained well though it is a public road) Coming to food, Chef Rahul was excellent. Every single item that we had was amazing. Was like home food. Parotta with default Veg gravy not to be missed. Could not have many non veg dishes but whatever veg dishes that we tried was excellent. Rates are also nominal. Will definitely come back for a staycation. Overall, highly recommended 5/5 stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were well maintained with good service. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. we felt it safe for a family to stay. The food orders were well taken, and they inform when it is ready. The food was tasty and served with very good hospitality. We were overwhelmed by the kind service of Mr. Gopi and Mr. Rajesh. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the natural ambient atmosphere
