Pradee Queen Resort - Periyapalayam

Absolutely horrible service by Pradeequeen...it's not even their property.they were using it on lease which ended by Feb,2025.... booked for 2N/3D...have to check out within 23hrs because there was no amenities available including swimming pool... Note to Pradeequeen: customer care number should work 24/7... Not just on weekdays on office hrs only....had to wait in reception for 2 hrs just to get a room....

Nice place for stay with family, very calm and peacefull. neat and clean swimming pool good maintanance indoor and outdoor games. very polite staff and quice response if any issue food only little bit costly

All are fine, maintaining level best. But, morning complimentary buffet, they provide idly, chapati and tea. They can add atleast any one fruit, dosa, upma, 10rs cup ice cream. I didn't see this kind of buffet, ultimate !! Repeated customer and referral of existing customer will improve the business.All Workers are good.

Nice 1 day out with family nearby Chennai. Kids loved it all, the swimming pool, outdoor and indoor play area. Bookable only by phone cal or for members. Under new management, Dinner is good at reasonable price. Rooms as to be improved with facilities. Very quite and relaxing stay for us. Would recommend for family with kids.

i was booked three room from online goibibo,but while check in ,front office person asked ,sir there is no booking we are not tie up with goibibo.after that we are paid by cash . after i call customer care so many time cash refunded. resort not maintain well, smelly rooms, there is no towel, bucket while we had check in ask for extra bed pillow every think they are giving after second time asking. swiming pool clorin smell. restaurent food its good. front office persons ok. overall i am not recomented this .

There is no option for negative stars... i will rate them as minus100000000% worst experience... Never give a try... Ressort quality is worst than oyo rooms They say nothing u need to pay for membership... but they will charge you equally as utility bill... Refer the attached screen shots... they will charge you the hotel amount as utility bill... No use in membership card All fake commitments What a marketing strategy... Hats off to the forgery agency...

Last weekend stay was our First time in this resort, very friendly staffs. A great place to relax and at the same time to party. Swimming pool is neat, and there is a kid's pool so we need not worry at all. Food is very good. There are lots of activities through the day for kids and adults. A good place to spend time with family and friends.

Wow, what a stellar experience! I give it a solid 0 stars for the impeccable coordination between OYO and the Resort. The seamless transition from booking online to being stranded at the hotel's doorstep truly deserves a round of applause. And let's not forget the cherry on top: the "false promises as the amount will be refunded" , serving as a shining beacon of hopelessness. With no other options I opted for direct booking at the hotel. "Opting for single occupancy? Don't worry, you won't be alone. With n number of and to keep you company, loneliness is off the table.
