We came as family and enjoyed our stay. Great resort with spacious rooms. We took 2 bedded villa and it was perfect!|Food was tasty and had a decent variety of compliment breakfast. Cook went out of his way to cater dinner for our family . |Desk staff were very helpful and friendly.|Great place to relax

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Stay Away Booked through Agoda for a trip with my wife, and this hotel turned out to be a complete disaster. What was okay: Decent view from the room Rooms were spacious Parking space was sufficient Everything else was a nightmare: Elevator didn't work -- had to climb three floors when we checked in. Bedspread and pillow covers were filthy, full of hair. Clearly not changed after previous guests. No in-room dining despite having a restaurant. Teacups and glasses in the room were disgusting, with sticky stains -- looked like dried milk or worse. Small cockroach spotted in the toilet. First morning, no water in the toilet until 8:30 AM. Staff blamed a broken pipe. Second night, again no water at midnight. Called reception repeatedly -- no response. Had to beg for basics like drinking water, towels, and toiletries. Zero hospitality. The staff were indifferent and completely unhelpful. This place is in no way a 3-star hotel. It's dirty, badly maintained, and the service is non-existent. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. Don't waste your money here.

Excellent ambience, great villa & tasty food. Meal selection was very good.Extra activities for the children, bon fire nights and music entertained us well. Swimming experience was good too.|Totally, value for money holiday! Will recommend to family & friends

The property was big and rooms were spacious. All services were perfect . It has 1 swimming pool for adults and 1 for kids as well. It has 2 child park's and indoor play area. Corporate events can also be planned over there as it as 2 halls and nearly 120rooms available.

Great location and visiting during winter or monsoon is best. Summer is really hot and humid not a good time to visit. Rooms are big, bonfire and games room is a plus. Staff are welcoming and polite.
