No towels, no soaps, while doijg check in only asked or forcefully to pay tye amount.... Looking for 1000 advance for the confirmation we had done through booking. Com even not beliebing tue customer without advance no booking. No ac, normal house converted as rooms.

No more words to say super excellent. For price negotiation directly call / contact. Car parking , T V , WiFi, hot water all are available . Soap, towel, brush, sanitizer all are excellent quality The towel size is too small better to carry your own towel.

Nice stay with NRG resort @ Yelagiri Hills. Highly recommended for friends trip . They have large size rooms . The owner Balaji is very friendly.

we all totally 19 family members well in advance booked rooms and asked food also Veg and non-veg (due to purttttaaci ). They told we will arrange. we booked for two days. on arrival we where happy because the place is very nice and resort is like our home. Rooms are very neat and good cline. Two days we all enjoyed. Food with good quality and timely deliverd. morning and evening tea puffs biscuits. We all in various age group of 15to 75years realy happy for two days. Because of big parking area played badmitten and dance. what menu we given they correctly supplied. Good for a budget friendly resort. 33 people stayed here along with food package. Spacious Room and Drinking water,Hot water, bed and pillow quality were good. Spacious parking area and camp fire area backside of resort. Food quality and tastes good. Lunch and dinner quantity is sufficient and manageable. Breakfast - Side dishes like chutney and sambar over for 20 to 25 people. Since they don't have own kitchen. They were unable to arrange chutney and sambar quickly. After we packed up everything they come with side dishes which was not useful. Team was upset. Kindly arrange sufficient food in one go. It would be a better way of treating the customer.
