Worst check-in experience in my life.: 1. Called and informed the hotel that i will check-in around 1330 hrs. 2. when i went to the hotel, the check-in guy couldn't find the room key 303. Hence handed over service key to the bell man and asked him to take us to the room. 3. To our shock the room was already occupied. 4. Bell man took us to room 103 which was smelling very badly and AC not working. 5. Bell man sprayed air-freshener and it will be ok and after i made a scene the guy in the counter requested us to bear for an hour so that they can prepare another room for us. Parking issue: Since the hotel is situation in prime location parking car is an issue even though the hotel has underground parking as the TWO WHEELERS BLOCK THE ENTRANCE TO PARKING.

I stayed there with family and relatives for a marriage I was attending in the city. The rooms were good and clean. Underground Parking space is limited. The hotel also has a restaurant attached to them on the ground floor. My only concern was the rooms had cigarette smell upon entering. Other than that the room was fine

Untidy rooms with pests and cracked doors, walls. If hadn't got stuck with my family in the city, would never step into the hotel. It is actually comparatively the "best" hotel in the surroundings. And you cannot even contact them anyway because their phones are dead.

Very bad service, phone is there but it won't work. TV is there but setup box is unavailable, Bathroom smells horrible as it's not even used.(there is no exaster in toilet) The receptionist is very rude and shouting back to customers, Rooms are good. But sevice is very very bad. They shouted (barked) us to take the car from parking and keep aside. Don't they know how to behave with customer. There is no politeness with them. Bedsheets has lots of hole.

Good service, staff were great and helpful! Our room had cockroach but the staff helped us out

The atmosphere was good with good conditions The reciption hall way till the rooms was pleasant and elegant The staffs are very understandable and they are helpful upon fixing our concerns or issues I lost my package in the waiting hall so i informed them to help me return it in some way and they responded immediately with a picture of the courier sent The rooms were absolutely awesome The beds were comfy and the sheets and supplementaries were good Their air conditioners were extremely good T/V's were subscribed to like all channels (tata sky) The washroom facility needs a raise as the there was no such malfunction or any issue It was neat and clean The only take back I could see was the room was quite small I mean it was spacious though but small And I think the main one is there was no proper maintenance? The room was quite dusty The management can just take care of that while others are perfect {*FOOD*} There is a restaurant attached to this named "*Nandu* Restaurant" The food was top notch.. Highly recommended is their biryani with chettinad kolumbu, non - veg meals And chicken noodles The staffs were *extremely* friendly. They took care of us like their guests The price is very reasonable and profitable when compared towards their services and quality of food

Super But Room Size Small

The worst hotel I have ever been to till now. The standard double bedroom is tiny and the cost is sky-high. Poor room service. Bedsheet weren't clean, extra bed will cost you 500 INR more. Even the bathroom + toilet setup is worse and it's tiny and there is no ventilation. The rooms doesn't have any windows for natural light to come in. On the whole, don't consider this hotel.
