Very poor service by the front office person. 5 minutes after the check in the person entered into an argument forgetting that he is giving the guest who is new to the hotel a very bad experience. In the name of luxury hotel there is no fan in the room and the only option is either you live with the AC or turn it down. For the entire hotel there was just one boy to service so you can imagine. On top of it while checking out we had to call and ask the front office person to come to the hotel as there was no one in the reception and the front office person was at home when we spoke. After waiting for half an hour he came and says there is no card swiping machine.

Well , to be honest , this Hotel was surprisingly better than my expectation . It's right in the heart of the town . Provision stores , Pharmacies etc are just at a stone's throw . Well appointed rooms with Premium Mattresses and Pillows - wow !! Could catch up good sleep The room we stayed was approximately 160 sq ft apart from a 50 sq ft restroom. There's a small wardrobe but no hangers !! Electrical fittings have to be upgraded - need atleast 05 charging points compatible with modern gadgets . Towels and basic toiletries were provided - and also 2 Toothbrushes a sample sized Toothpaste , two sample sized soaps . But why no shampoo sachet / razor ?? Crude chairs ( probably taken from a marriage hall ) isn't expected to be placed in here . Sorry , when you charge about 2K in a small town , you're expected to provide comfortable Chairs / sofa . There's no attached restaurant which is a huge minus . Though they promise Breakfast on the house , we couldn't avail as we were informed it would be only around 8 am . We had to shell out about Rs 160 for two of us as we had it in a nearby Restaurant. Ensure Breakfast is available by 7am as many Guests come here to visit temples . The Room Airconditioner was a Premium Brand , imported - cooling was excellent Bathroom was spacious , with premium fittings , but sadly dirty and looks like the Western closet and taps have never been cleaned professionally . Guests expect a property to be neat and clean. Car park is in the basement and can easily accommodate about 10 cars . Must make a special mention of the room service staff who were quick to attend , courteous and helpful . This Property needs periodical professional maintenance / cleaning . Even the leaves of the Arecanut Palm Plant ( in the front near the elevator) are turning brown and withering as it may not have been watered for atleast a week . Can't the staff water it ?? We had been to different parts of the world and stayed in various types of Hotels - we would like the Management to look into these minor issues which would ensure that you'd have more footfalls. Excellent hotel for the location. Value for money. Rooms were near and clean. Service was very good. For the location you can't ask for more.

The room was very dirty, dirty walls covered with spots. Disgusting spots on the tv as well. Some bed sheets were torn. The staff at the front desk could have been more friendly. The man cleaning the rooms, helping us with our luggage and providing us breakfast was extremely friendly and was always there for any question or help. For breakfast we could choose between idly and pongal.

- Seems like the room was not at all mopped for many days. - The table was very dusty too. - Free breakfast offer was not shared by the hotel manager when checking in or later. - Noticed breakfast served while checking out - not fair - Ambience was nice. - Eventhough there is no restaurant in the hotel, they offer room service. - No hot water.

Over pricing. It took around 30mins for AC to start cooling and took another 30mins for cooling the room. Also lot of small cockroaches inside the room. Toilet faucets are tight use and also over leaking. Water bottles and other amenities like dental kit, etc., are not provided properly for all rooms. Towel in the rooms are too dirty. Overall poor hotel to stay.

The hotel was pretty Good in Aranthangi Locality. Following Covid Govt norms The rooms are clean and neat. Neat and clean Washroom. No internet facilities. Excellent Room service. The restaurant was not there (not sure Due to Covid Lockdown) only black tea was available at that time. Good parking space for Car & Bikes (Underground Parking). The room price pretty high compare to Metro city. still we can pay based on requirement.
