RR Grand Hotel

Very bad service & irrespective staff. My friend was very hungry, so my friend and I went to this restaurant. But no one at our table asked for the menu. We waited for more than 20 minutes. Then I report to order taker, he also did not give a proper answer, so we were very disappointed. I will never suggest this restaurant to anyone. They have Very very worst staff & bad service.

No sufficient towels. Hot water is not hot. staff is not responsive. Water bottles are insufficient. No newspaper. Staff is enjoying their own time.

Would like to share the managment is highly unprofessional. We had requested to book a room for a very short few hours and were willing to pay the full price. On initial request we wanted to not book online as they dont have online services. However Mr. Rakesh insisted that I should do a Google Pay even if my trip is not certain to block the Room. When my trip had to be canceled due to unexpected circumstances, Mr. Rakesh refused to refund me. As he has collected the payment on his personal number through G-Pay he even said that he need not follow the rules of Hotel. Very Very Disappoiinted with their behaviour. He made has wait for 2 days without giving us an update either. Do not please go to such pathetic hotels. Even very good hotels acknowledge a request for cancellation in big cities or small towns.

I took a room at 6pm in the evening. I got my bath towel at 8.30am the next day morning. This is how they treated their guest. They simply said due to rain they were unable to provide towel as the towels were all went for washing. If that's the case they could have simple denied the room. They gave the room and denied basic amenities. In parking lot two load trucks were parked perpendicular to other vehicles and occupied the entire parking lot. I was told to park my vehicle in roadside because of this. Toilet flush was very slow and bucket is required to flush. Shower nozzle is blocked.

The rooms are new and awesome. They are clean, with centralised AC and with amenities. The shower is the highlight, one of the best showers so far

very bad service and not safety for family?

Spacious room with AC and two extra fans provided in the Hall for additional guests. Extra beds were provided on request and we got complementary breakfast too. Only problem is an open vent in the kitchen which brings too many mosquitoes. The good night liquid was out. So, we had to endure mosquito bites for a night. Reducing one star for this issue. Otherwise comfortable stay, no noise, no complaints.
