KPK RESIDENCY

KPK Residency, Arani I recently stayed at KPK Residency in Arani, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Rooms and Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with basic toiletries. Amenities: The lodge offers free Wi-Fi, which was quite reliable. There's also ample parking space, which is a plus for travelers with vehicles. I appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms, especially given the hot climate in the area. Staff Service: The staff at KPK Residency were courteous and helpful. They were quick to respond to any requests and made sure my stay was comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth Overall Experience: I had a good experience staying at KPK Residency. It's a great option for both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Arani. I would recommend it to others and would consider staying here again in the future

Rooms were terrible, toilets were not clean, tapa were not working properly, always had problem with AC,no proper door locks, blankets had stains on it,pillow also had stains on it,hallway was always fill with smoke(cigarette smell) which really made the family feel uncomfortable. I had no choice to shift as it was just fr a night and the rest were already filled it. I will never choose these room even if they give this for free.

I took a suit room, it was really big and comfy. But they don't changes the bedcover and pillow cover... It was left so dirty and has to ask for new ones. I changed it myself. The helper man did his best to keep us comfy. They need to look into cleaning part more so they cud maintain a little standard.

Was passing through Arani town, wanted a clean place to stay for the night, and located this Lodge. Though it is not a star hotel or lodge I have given it "excellent" rating based on my experience. I opted for a simple room. Non-AC as it was adequate for one night. A clean sheet on a double cot and a small wall mounted TV is all they provide. The bathroom is fitted with European type water closet and a geyser. No restaurant is available, but the 'room-boys' are quite helpful in arranging and bringing the food that you order by buying it from nearby hotels. A Spartan room, reasonable good support by the ground staff merits this lodge this rating considering its location in a small town (can't call it as a town but just an over grown village). The lodge is situated at the entrance of the town coming from Chennai right after the bridge. The front of the lodge has parking space that can accommodate three cars. However, at 1000 Indian Rupees at a night looks expensive for this down! A Rs 800 would have been reasonable. The support staff speaks only Tamil!

Had been to Arani for wedding saree purchase. Had to stay for a day so opted KPK lodge. Car parking facility was provided. The rooms were spacious enough , we opted for a double bed room A/C . It was worth the price. The rooms and bathroom are maintained well. Happy and safe stay for family

In arani when compared to other stays, KPK is the best choice at reasonable cost, well spoken staff, ac was working extraordinary, water can ia available in reception, neat and clean room, water heater for bathing, tv with cable connection, small dining table and wardrobe , spring bed. I really really loved it.

Shady place, cleanliness in the loo is just the same as Bus stand loo. Charging Rs. 1570/- for an A/c room with no room service, leaking commode and a hostile caretaker is highway robbery(this is right next to the highway)

An average lodge with minimum facilities.
