Sri Mahalakshmi Deluxe A/c Lodge

Very congested car parking rooms were not good. We booked 2 ac rooms it didn't match with the cost they charge. Rooms were untidy , very dusty & everywhere around the place no smoking boards were placed but cigarettes were found inside rooms & bathrooms. I'm not giving even a single star for rooms as it is not ideal for family. Service was okay there was someone we know so they kinda took care of the things they have there.

Worst experience in this lodge. Rooms are not clean especially washroom fully dirt even washbasin. Reception too bad taking so much of time even advance booking. Once we reach they are checking and cleaning the room. Poor response. Worst maintenance. I dont recommend this. At last not worth for the money we paid here.

Only location ok. Worst service. Not even sweep the rooms. Fully dusty. Toilet also in worst condition. Too much mosquitos also. Got room in 3rd floor . Booked 2 days before.

There are both positive and negative to be mentioned about this hotel. Here is the complete review based on a single day stay experience at Sri Mahalakshmi Deluxe Lodge Arakkonam on a double deluxe room booked at a cost of 2145 via Make My Trip. Pros- 1.Room size was good enough for a couple to stay. 2.Air Condition was good that brings the room to cool temperature in few minutes. 3.Receptionist was so polite, respectful and very attentive to address all queries and needs. 4.Reception staff understood the purpose of visit and agreed with the Check-in and Check-out. 5. Water heater was found good in the bathroom. 6.TV works fine with good picture and sound quality. Cons- 1.Firstly, the allotted room didn't look clean. But the good part is we requested a change of room and we were provided another room. Unfortunately, the other room also found dirty but definitely better than the room initially allotted. 2.No chairs provided in the room. 3.Dirty strains were found on the bedspreads. 4.Towels, Toothbrush, Paste, Soap, Shampoo weren't provided. 5.There is no complementary water bottles provided, no plates for serving food, no glasses to have tea or water in the room. 6.There was a small cupboard found in the room which was found full of dusts inside and so we kept all the stuffs that we carried on the floor. 7.We booked for a room with free breakfast but there is no restaurant facility in the hotel. But somehow, hotel staff arranged for free breakfast of our choice from a near by hotel. Note- We ordered for two sets of Idli and vada and we received it in 15 minutes(should be probably from a nearby fast foods shop) Idli and vada were rolled up in a paper cover. 8.Bathroom doors were not clean. Towel hanger in the bathroom found rusted. 9.Door locks were found very tight to lock and unlock everytime. 10.Floor mat is available only for the bathroom use. Terrible experience.

Worst rooms. No hygiene there are lot of cockroaches inside the room and full of smoking smell in and around the rooms. Totally waste of money

Waste dirty hotel, customers please don't go to this garbage hotel, they take the money and cheat the customer by giving dirty rooms

One of the worst place to stay. Such a waste of money.! Rooms are not cleaned, bedsheets is dirty bathrooms are horrible. We booked in advance they asked for advance but did not clean the room. It was smelling very bad all of us got throat pain after staying in the room. Only one person in the hotel he only takes care of office room cleaning bathroom cleaning. Such. Pathetic site. DONT EVER BOOK.

Worst experience ever .. They don't have back up for power cut . Cleaning is very bad. Room size is very small. Smell in the room is very bad. Washroom is filled with water . They are not doing Cleaning of washroom. Prices are also very high .. U will find better room in low price only 1 km away from this ... The staff are not co operating... Please don't chose it .. U will regret like me
