AIRA Residency

Disappointed experience with poor room maintenance with a bad odor in the room and bathroom. Bedsheets and towels were not clean, and we were only provided with 2 towels for 4 people. When we asked for more, the staff seemed hesitant and unpon multiple requests provided an extra 2. The bathroom lock was broken and took repeated requests to fix. The food was overpriced, and portion sizes were not of our choice.. Overall, the hotel fell short of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. The view was quiet good that's only thing we like.

We had a wonderful stay at Aira Residency, Ooty. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained -- perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was cozy, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view from the room and balcony. Waking up to the sight of lush tea plantations and serene mountain ranges was truly refreshing and added to the charm of the place. The food was excellent -- freshly prepared, delicious, and made us feel right at home. A special thanks to Sushila and Khaza for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kind and courteous behavior really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend Aira Residency to anyone visiting Ooty. We're already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed 4 days in this hotel with family..The location of the hotel is very good and rooms are spacious and clean. Mainly food is very nice, thanks to Susheela, Hussain and Abhishek ..

It was a great experience, wonder view and wonderful service as well. The location is beautiful. Especially Mr Kaja gave a really good hospitality. Would definitely recommend people to go there.

Amazing Experience at Aira Residency! Our stay at Aira Residency was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with great hospitality. The food was exceptional--fresh, delicious, and full of variety. A special mention to Kaja Sir, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly and personally took us to some hidden waterfalls, which were absolutely breathtaking. In the evening, he arranged a bonfire for us, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the night. Overall, Aira Residency offers a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
