I had an amazing experience staying at the villa. The property was absolutely stunning -- spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The views were breathtaking, and the private pool was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful property, very large property and rooms and washrooms are very very neat as new as it is maintained. They have a beautiful restaurant and food was really nice. Had good seafood options. We used swimming pool and rain dance. Kids had good usage of the huge property and it was real fun to be with family. Good place and can go often .

The breakfast spread was excellent. The staff is polite and prompt. The rooms were always cleaned. It has great location with everything being at a walking distance in the city. Mr. Assain is very kind and accommodating. Overall very good experience.

Fantastic, Safe, Secure & Excellent Ambiance. More Landscaping required to reduce Hot Spots - Someone should study what's Heat Creating Hot Spot. Room Service should be improved. No intercom is big inconvenience. Local Emergency Contacts should be displayed. Swimming pool filtration should be improved

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and We loved spending time in the garden. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring

I had to change my rating from 5 to 0 (but zero not possible so 1) Absolutely disastrous experience this time. Went on a weekend where we got struck with a bulk booking of 80 and we got totally neglected. They restricted us from entering rhe restaurant as they want the big gang to use it. They had the audacity to say that "we will feel uncomfortable" They decided for us No drinking water (other than 4 bottles in the room during check in) was given to us. And they charged 30 one 1lit bottle. When asked they asked to fetch it from restaurant but when we went they stopped us saying "room service only" No fresh waster in the pool also they said they has some issue in the pool (had to ask them several times to switch on the water) Game room had no Ac and it was literally like standing in an oven When asked, rhe OM mr rizwan said that we pay for the room and food (complimentary breakfast) only not for the Amenities. This is the first time I'm.hearing something like this. At least they should have mentioned it in website that those are optional. Even for the breakfast they first said they will provide it to the room only and after several argument that around 11 pm they agreed for us to come to the restaurant banquet hall. The girl at the reception, OM and the other guys were totally not in sync. Completely out of order. I'm.just wondering whether my last trip was good because that was in a weekday and weekend are not their cup.of tea. Simply they couldn't handle the crowd. If anyone planning for weekend, think again !!! (Actually there is more like broken tap, shower not working, yellow stains on toilet, half white bed sheets, lizard in bed room and on top of it when ordered dinner and 3 roti was less when asked, he asked me to recheck as if I'm trying to get 3 rotis free of cost that too after paying around 1800 totally just for dinner. It was my daughter's birthday so I cdnt do anything and had to go with these ...)

The highlight of this place are the rooms. The rooms were very well maintained and clean with clean towels and bed linen. The bathroom was also fairly large and neat with good running hot water shower. You can get studio type or suite with extra space and kitchen facilities. However this place lacks good quality facilities for children's activities. A somewhat decent swimming pool is a plus, but it was not clean when we arrived. Lots of open space for cricket and other outdoor games. A bit of a walk, about 1km to the beach, through some narrow roads. Other wise a let down. More games and activities have to be included in this place
