SR Jungle Resort, Anaikatti, Coimbatore

The room was fine enough but you need to improve on your service and the food was very bad... breakfast was good.. location is beautiful we enjoyed the stay at the resort and spa was really peaceful

Recently stayed at SR Jungle Resort and was quite disappointed with the hospitality. While the location and natural surroundings are undeniably beautiful, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was inattentive, and even basic requests were delayed or ignored, making the stay less enjoyable. We had chosen the resort based on several glowing YouTube reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn't match those expectations at all. It was a clear reminder that online hype doesn't always reflect reality

Not even one star deserved! I am a foreign tourist, and I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere else. This resort was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful -- absolutely no sense of hospitality. I felt like I was bothering them just by asking a simple question. The room I was given was filthy. I am not exaggerating -- there was actual feces on the floor. That alone is unacceptable. On top of that, at night, drunk guests vomited right in front of my door, and no one even bothered to clean it up. The music? Awful. Loud, low-quality, and totally inappropriate for a resort environment. It ruined any chance of relaxation. This was not just a waste of money -- it was a disgusting and stressful experience. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are much better options where you will at least be treated with basic respect.

Had a disappointing experience at this resort. The pool was not clean There were no towels provided in the room, and On top of that, the service was extremely slow -- even small requests took far too long to be addressed. Definitely not what I expected from a resort at this price point. Would not recommend. Our check in time was 2PM , But they given the key by 4PM only.

Great ambiance with good hospitality that gives you good vibes. The resort service men were good at their services and the rooms were refreshed based on the need or in regular basis. Food wise everything was good enough to taste. Stayed for 3days and enjoyed each and every moment. Also the event organisers were so friendlier. This place is good to go for all like corporate outing, families, bachelors. Still there few buildings under construction in couple of years it'll look tremendous. If have luck the time you stay there you can meet

For the lack of better adjectives, I should say that the stay at this property was nothing less than horrendous. Starting with the hyperdelayed check-in at 7:30pm for which they came with a clumsy justification without the slightest semblance of regret. The pretty green premises of the property, as we navigate through the entrance and the reception area kept our hopes high until we reached the ill maintained and poorly furnished rooms, where all our expectations came crumbling down even as a sense of being exploited gripped me savagely. The hefty price paid for such a shoddy property was despised even by my 9 year old nephew whose sense of sound judgement outwitted even us adults, in this case. Even basic services such as bath towels and extra beds ( obtained at extra cost) were arranged after numerous agonizing calls and follow ups, leaving us gasping with a sense of helplessness. Coming to their complimentary breakfast, the best part of spread was the Kellogg's chocos which My sincere advice to anyone who is considering a stay here is, not to be deceived by their seemingly fabricated positive reviews and tantalizing PR campaigns but to make an informed decision, by evaluating the property through credible sources.

Wonderful experience food was great nice ambiance spa was super indoor and outdoor activities so nice special mention event team was so good all the staff was smile faces Mr suraj and selvin so great thanks to Sr jungle resort

SR Jungle Resort was a waste of money. There were no activities, the room was expensive but too small, there was no proper guidance, and very few indoor games. The activities they advertised were not available. I was really disappointed.
