SKJ S FARM STAY COTTAGE

My husband and I travelled with our mutual friends in June month. We stayed for two days here. I have a lot of positive points to be shared regarding this place, not even sure what to start with. 1) The place and it's surroundings is literally hugged by nature on all sides. Fresh air, wonderful peacocks roaming around, sound of birds, trees on all sides, mountain on one side. There is also this wonderful Mango garden in the vicinity that left us awestruck. 2) The caretakers Mr Anil Kumar and Mrs.Mini made a wonderful job of making us feel like home in this place. The food cooked was PRETTY AWESOME!, Thanks a ton to Mini aunty. The spread exceeded our expectations. They went a step ahead to cook more things for us in addition to what we had asked for. 3) The Manimutharu dam and waterfalls are very near from this place. We all took a walk adjacent to the dam in the evening. The view was very beautiful and rejuvenating. 4) There is one more hidden treasure near this place called MANJOLAI. This is a Trek that you would not wanna miss. The weather was simply so pleasant with a slight drizzle and cool air. We parked our vehicle at one place and walked for some time. There is a view point at the top that gives a magnificent view. 5) There are a lot of other waterfalls which are an hour or so away from this cottage. We all felt like it's the MOST PERFECT PLACE FOR A PERFECT VACATION!! Highly recommended! P.S. I would suggest hiring a car when you visit this place, other transport means are difficult to get here.

Lovely place to stay with friends and family. It is located inside a farm with full of mango trees. Everyone can breathe the natural wind blowing from the Western Ghats and stay completely away from any kind of pollution. Such a quiet area and we could hear the natural sounds of insects, birds, peacocks etc., The location is very suitable for natural lovers. We stayed for two nights in June last, and it is almost heat inside the rooms. Ventilation inside the rooms shall be improved. Suggesting installing AC units for rooms. Since the resort is a stone masonry building, they can install window AC units instead of split AC. Caretakers Mr. Anil Kumar and his wife are very kind people, and they cook and serve nice food to the guests.

I have visited this place twice, once with friends and once with family. The cottage is located admist a forest and it makes the stay one of a kind. The caretakers were very kind and entertaining for us. The food was very delicious and is totally worth the money that was charged. You can take a small safari at night in your own vehicle. You can witness peacocks, deers, boar, wild rabbits etc if you are lucky. This is definitely the place for nature lovers.

Visited SKJ Farms with my family recently. The resort is located inside a secluded forest region. The location is top notch which will be enjoyed by nature lovers. The entire atmosphere is calm and is the perfect place for those who are looking for a getaway from routine life. The rooms are neatly maintained. There is only one cottage anf prior booking is needed. Guests can take a stroll around the resort. The route to the resort is scenic with the Manimuthaaru Dam and Mango farms. The hosts Anil and his wife are such lovely persons. Right from the moment we arrived they made us feel at home and arranged everything that we asked for. They treated us like family and made things as easier as possible. The food that they served were excellent. Definitely a must visit place for the location alone. Visitors can also go to nearby places such as Papanasam, Kalakkad and Manjolai to name a few.

Lovely place. Remote. Away from all the hussles. Hardly get mobile network here and we loved it. Location is beautiful. In a buffer zone of forest. Hosts are very hospitable and amazing. Lobed the food. Don't expect a variety of menu but ask them and they will tey to do everything. Rooms are spacious. This is a single cottage withe 3 bed rooms. Campfire was arranged. Food was delicious. Excellent

Far away from the madding crowd, a place where one can enjoy nature in its full potential. Good hospitality, cleanliness, wide variety of food , campfire all adds the splendid beauty of the place. In the caress of drizzling rain and gentle breeze we enjoyed our stay in SKJ Cottage ... We highly recommend this wonderful place to all our friends.

It's a lovely location to visit and relax. We ,brothers all reach out there for a relaxing weekend. They are so supportive. Evidently, it took place when our car broke down in an unfamiliar location. Mr. Anil Kumar went above and beyond to help us navigate and made our two nights memorable. I suggest you folks to visit this location .Thanks SKJS Regards, Sajad

Beautiful location, serene place for peace of mind, we stayed there for 3 days , absolutely enjoyed it . No vehicle noise, only sound of trees , they should improve the varieties of food they offer to their customers.
