Not worth the room tariff they charge. The bed linen was very old and looked fluffy. The toilet pot was dirty looking and stained. The hair dryer did not work. Hot water stopped while showering. Mosquitoes in plenty. Overall cleanliness was not up to the mark. Food was good and the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was OK. The location was easily accessible and parking was available. The reception girl should be trained to be more pleasant to customers. Maybe a professional manager is needed who would have looked at these things and corrected it.

Room service was good. Request to clean the bedsheets regularly after the use. Also little pest control is required.

I recently stayed at JB Residency for four days and had a great experience overall. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The location was ideal--close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning; it had a decent variety and was always fresh.

Very bad service. Did not even have tissue. Toilet was extremely filthy. Room was dusty and dirty. Morning breakfast was served in - 1 floor, which was equally filthy. Will never go to this hotel again! Not one cent worth the expensive room rate. Water quality and water pressure was extremely disappointing. At one point, water just stopped. My Family stayed here in July. Same problems and issues. But nothing was done. No improvement. Very disappointing to see this kind of service providers, who just take money but dont care about giving back good service.

Had a great stay with my family members. The hospitality was very good. The staffs were super responsive Overall a great stay in virudhunagar.
