I've been living here for the past week and have found the place very comfortable and safe. This place offers all necessities and is a great Co-living space where you can socialize as well. The staff are amicable and approachable, always catering to our needs with a smile. The only issue, is while there is 24/7 water availability, the water quality has been a little dirty. The staff has said they are working towards bettering it and hopefully it would be taken care of soon. Otherwise, this place is truly a safe and great place to live.

I have been here for four months. The rooms and amenities are good, but the property manager's attitude towards non-local residents is terrible. Whenever I approach him with complaints or issues, he stares and speaks in a rude manner. And there is a water problem with insects infestation in the rooms.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! (June 5, 2024) 1) I was scammed with no return of deposit amount after my check out (February 17, 2024). I was cheated a good amount over 14000 rupees. 2) Household water is full of iron, yellow like ur..e that sediments within three days everywhere the water runs into. 3) Deceptive but caring representatives who persuade you to sign the contract without your complete acknowledgement on it. Do not sign the contract without reading it. They will go into your room in the name of service and housekeeping without your permission. When asked to inform of their visit, they simply point to the contract to claim authority as if we stay their for free. They change their policy as they like to charge you extra every month for EB in the name of common area Electricity Consumption. If you are allotted 226 room in the second floor, ask for change of room. That room has serious EB meter issue that it showed twice the unit I consumed which they never looked into even though I was charged 5000 rupees one month. They even promised to give some credit points which they probably took for Sarcasm because that's why they must have cheated 14000 rupees. 4) Location is horrible for public transport. No share autos, no buses. You can rely on rapido, Uber, etc. Metro construction will take about 3 to 4 good years. So if you don't have transport support from your work place or don't own a vehicle, do not be stupid enough to choose this place like I did. Apart from these disadvantages, there are good things about the PG. The representatives were nice to me as humans but they weren't very aware of how their policies work or how they could solve a serious problem if we go up to them. As a whole they really suck as representatives. Big thumbs down!

More amenities 1.Water will be brown everyday 2.Deposit will not be returned to you even after 1year 3.Electricity bill will be generated every month with 14.5/- per unit if you cross more than 400units they will charge 20per unit and for every room almost 4k a month they will charge 4.For four wheeler parking should pay extra 2k. 5.You can dry your clothes in balcony with your own risk. 6.no swiggy or zomato will be delivered to your room 7.all the amazon parcels can be kept in security room. But its a huge risk if you will not take it for 2 or more days

Bad customer care.Highly overpriced. We stayed for short stay..They are not even concerned about customers who come there for short stay...Not much amenities except for a bedroom to sleep....no facilities as told in booking website.There is no room service. For a stay of two people they gave a single towel and asked us to share..they have rules to give only one... washing Machine not working..no laundry service or ironing...WATER COLOUR IS BROWN ALWAYS..OR YELLOW COLOUR. Break fast is like what they give in a students hostel mess...dosa or appam with some curry full of water.nothing else. No covered parking and safety for short stay guests. One Mr.Karthikeyan was in charge there.He never picks phone or least bothered..

They don't refund your advance they mail you bank details needed after a long time then even after providing they don't process the payment and are irresponsible for processing it.

Room service is nice, they do it every alternate day. Amenities are provided as promised on their website. Its worth if you choose this place for long stays.

Stayed for one night. Mirror, milk powder sachets and toilet soap to be kept in the room. Overall comfortable for a short stay.
