An excellent visit! Ive stayed here so many times. Each time I'm impressed. The Guest Service Manager Ms Maezel, makes a lot of diff to how everything is being handled. She is always polite, friendly and makes sure that her guest is always happy with the services. She really listens and makes changes asap. She even came to my room to speak to me when I had some issues during my stay in Feb. This kind of customer service is very very rare. I keep going back cos of her and tbh all the other staffs too. Angela, is another staff, who is so friendly n welcoming. She is always cheerful and remembers me! Oh the Chef Fadd, super nice and friendly as well. Always smiling and talks to you personally to make sure all is good. This place is highly recommended. The place has a beautiful view, clean, staffs are excellent, customer service is great and they new ideas of celebration each time. ||For Valentine's Day they have our roses. For Mother's Day, they had gotten an external vendor, to make one stalk bouquets upon request at their lobby. Excellent ideas

Rooms spacious and well facilitated. Location is generally good although roadworks nearby are inconvenient but not expected to last too long. Breakfast excellent and nice variety. Special thanks to chefs Amir and Fadd. Rooftop swimming pool and fitness suite are really nice additions to an already great stay

I am having a great stay here. The suite is very clean and with lots of storage space. The view from the rooftop pool is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is really good, and chef Fadd cooks up excellent omelets. All of the staff is courteous and helpful.

We visited Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road on Friday, April 18, 2025, to celebrate a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Diyana, who I believe is a supervisor. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were met with indifference -- no eye contact or greeting, which set a cold tone right away. Since our friend was coming down to fetch us, we let it slide. Around 10:30 PM, we were reminded that visitors should leave by that time, which we completely understood and respected. However, when we asked for just 10 minutes to pack up, Diyana stood by the door holding it open, essentially hovering to ensure we were leaving -- giving us no sense of privacy. It felt intrusive and frankly, disrespectful. What made it worse was the lack of communication or even a basic courtesy. I work in hospitality myself as a concierge, and this is not how guests -- even visitors -- should be treated. There was no empathy, no apology, and instead of calmly managing the situation, Diyana chose to retreat into the back office when we exited, avoiding any further interaction. This experience left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this and reminds their staff of the importance of professionalism and respectful guest service.

Good customer service. Clean rooms and nice amenities. However, the water pressure is rather small and breakfast is not worth having as it does not have much varieties. The lounge is good as it comes with massage chairs. Location is very near to haji lane but not near the MRT.

We've been coming back to this location for a few times--great location and satisfying service. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming plus they have pretty good breakfast. Spacious rooms with all the necessities and also great views from the rooms would recommend!

A great serviced apartment, close to the city and the staff were accomodating and generally amazing. A great spot for a few days on a business trip. The team that do breakfast are also fantastic, they do the best eggs in town. Will be booking again

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Chef Amir. He would remember my egg preference, and rush my dish out if I were in a hurry. The breakfast selection was good, with a mix of Western and Asian food. They keep changing the breakfast menu as well. So you don't have to keep eating the same dishes if you stay for a week.
