Very very poor room hygiene . There is always dust below the beds And it's a area for infections They do not provide mineral or good drinking water also Even if your are traveling with infants once you pay you are nothing to them I literally begged them for some help when my wife got sick staying there for 4 days But they do not even have humanity to help us in fever No doctor on call no basic first aid not even thermometer The staffs are very very very rude they can't even give one proper answer All the rooms are hardly 100sq feet no cupboard nothing Feels like a prison I don't know the Singapore hotel authority rules. But it's high time there has to be a check regarding this Providing fresh clean hygienic drinking water having basic hygiene in the rooms and behaviors of the staffs against one group of people

We had an amazing experience thanks to Alex, the Concierge. From the moment we arrived, his warm and friendly attitude made us feel truly welcome. His communication was excellent -- clear, helpful, and always with a smile. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even giving us a beautiful room on the highest floor with an incredible view. It's rare to find someone so genuinely kind and professional. Alex truly made our trip extra special, and we can't thank him enough. If you're staying here, make sure to say hi to Alex -- he's the best!

The photos advertised make it look amazing. I stayed 4 nights in a superior queen room but the room was very small and tight... The bar fridge is empty. No drinking water provided other than tap water or go buy your own... The rooms are so close and you can literally hear your neighbours blow their nose or worse (use your imagination).. no sound proofing what do every.. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable... The room was located next to the cleaners room who start work at 6am so I was up at 6am everyday... The concierge desk is absolutely useless... One good thing is that bus stops are very close and there is a money exchange office just outside the building... the pool also looked nice but didn't get a chance to use it... Also don't waste any money on the "Salt n Pepper" Cafe at the foyer...if you chose to go for open buffet breakfast then the restaurant on level4 is much nicer...

The hotel is located nearby lavender mrt (green line, about 500m or 5-8 mins walking distance). A lot foreigner guests but the check in process is smooth and quite fast. Room is quite small but just fit for couple stay. Toilet has bidet upon request. Breakfast choices variety and fairly served, suits for quick breakkie. They do provide self service ironing service at laundry area. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

Arrived at hotel and initially impressed with cleanliness. However, had to complain about blocked sink three times b4 finally resolved (I think so anyway). Breakfast area too small for the number of people accommodated. Location good but the blocked sink has ruined my experience esp the not taking it seriously. Wouldn't come here again.

Had a great stay at Hotel Boss on my visit to Singapore last week. The check-in & check-out was extremely convenient and hassle free (given that I was there at odd hours) and the general service was great. The rooms were self-contained with all the necessary amenities. A special mention to the water filter in the room, which kept me hydrated at all times at desired temperatures! The breakfast spread was delectable. Kudos to the team at Hotel Boss for making my stay comfy and memorable. Special mention to the location which was extremely convenient from a tourist's point of view. Thank you for everything! Can't wait to come back

Placed my clients here for some meetings and visitation of our factory. This hotel has great location and affordable pricing for small company like us. Clients love the location as it walkable to Bugis Junction, MRT and there is many pubs and food establishment downstairs. Parking is also very easy. However the rooms are small, no complains due to pricing but hope can do regular maintenance to keep it more well maintained. So we can send our overseas clients.

Hotel Boss,We arrived at 1am today at the Hotel, there was no one to help us with our luggage, when we finally got to reception there was no welcome to Singapore or something like that which we have had with all the other Hotels we have stayed in. The receptionist cut and dry with us, not a friendly at all towards us. took our keys and again no one to help us with our luggage to our room.When we finally got to our room we opened the door to find out how small the room was, it was booked for 3 people but unfortunately one person was not with us, because once we brought in our luggage there wouldn't have been any room for a third suitcase.The bathroom is so small l can touch both sides of the bathroom, you might say cosy, compact you can site on the toilet and shave at the same time. The two USB plugs don't work and there's no wardrobes just a rail over the drinks station which will dampen your clothes. I was told that l can't make international calls from the room phone. So I am very disappointed with this Hotel and I have my opinion of this hotel is a F& L hotel this means a first and last time, so do check out before you book
