Dorsett Changi City Singapore

My impression to the hotel is clean and cozy. The staffs are also friendly and easy to deal with. ||The room is clean and comfortable. I like the bed as so huge and able to fit in 4 peoples (of course 2adults 2 kid) ||Nice hotel, walking distance to changi citypoints| |Yoh should give it a try!

I stayed here for a little less than a week. The hotel is at a perfect location, especially for those who need to travel to Changi Business Park. The hotel is right inside the business park, hence all the office are at a walkable distance. Its pretty close to the Changi airport as well, just the next metro station from the airport. Perfect connectivity to entire Singapore from the near by Expo metro station. The hotel is great, delivers a truly premium, elegant experience. The only downside is that early check-in is not available in most of the cases.

Avoid this hotel at all cost if you're a light sleeper. There is constant loud banging noise coming from the windows/ceilings. I had zero sleep after an 18 hours flight. Apart from that, good location, easy access to airport, staff are friendly.

I've been traveling for several weeks and this was the best hotel I've stayed out for a few reasons. First, the staff and their customer service is the best I have encountered in my trip. I was exhausted getting off a long flight and checked in late and Mitvindra did a fantastic job making me feel welcome and accomodating me. |That set a high bar that Dorsett was able to meet throughout my two night stay. I had originally booked for only one but my breakfast experience was also a delight so I decided to stay another night. Easwari did an equally great job helping me on the second day and the whole experience was a pleasure. |The rooms rooms have top notch amenities and it was just the R&R I needed after being constantly on the move. And don't forget to check out the pool, the shallow water lounge spot is something every hotel pool should have, it's amazing. |The location is incredibly convenient and there's no reason to stay anywhere else if you're in the area as this is without a doubt the best value.

The *bed was cozy*, the *bathroom was spotless*, and there was even a thoughtful welcome touch with bottled water and toiletries.||The *location was perfect*, close to public transport, eateries, and convenience stores. Despite being in a central area, it was *peaceful and quiet at night*, which made for a restful sleep.||Special mention to the *host/staff* who were extremely *friendly and helpful* throughout my stay--check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were promptly answered.||Overall, it was a *great experience*

We stayed one night in March and one night in April, to/from our Vietnam holiday.|The hotel was within 10 minutes taxi from/to the airport. The service was friendly and professional, the room was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped, the cafe was open quite late, which was good for our late arrivals and the food we had was lovely. All in all a good stay, especially when not needing to be close to the usual attractions of Singapore.

While the location of this hotel was good, they were doing renovations during our stay, which was not mentioned when we booked. They initially told us that the renovations were on the lower levels (not ours). But after we were woken in the morning by a loud hammer drill next to us, they admitted that they were renovating right next to our room. They promised to move us to another room further away, but then conveniently forgot. They also refused to provide a toaster in a room that is advertised as having a kitchen.
