Keswani Group Tashi Heritage Hotel & Resort

Rooms good service pathatic, staff over there is not have basic courtesy. Food served at 10 PM and they intentionally delayed so that ppl may leave with out having anything. This is not only to us ppl come along with us also facing the same issue . Other guests asking on the service and ppl in the hotel just doing their activities as dumb and deaf. Do not go to this hotel . It's strongly not recommended if you are not worry on the food and want to have pleasent stay far from city choose this location . Washrooms was getting odd smell

My stay at the Tashi Heritage in Gangtok was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok.

A good hotel in Gangtok. Great views from rooftop. Complementary breakfast to be improved much. Very few options. No supplements. Neatly maintained. Clean. Suitable for families. Situated before forest checkpost chandmari, nathula route. Liked the hotel and surroundings. To go out in Gangtok city during night is difficult due to less taxis during late evenings. Stray dogs are another obstacle.

It is around 15 minutes drive to MG Road from here so it has a plus side of being a quiet place with good view but cons - you need to pay 300 for one way private cab ! The manager of hotel told me once that two sandwiches and two parathas would enough for two of you rather than allowing me to say! But yet recommended place -- cozy room with a balcony!

excellent hotel with clean rooms, the hotel attended are very friendly & responsible. Specially Milesh kumar singh, the boy serve us very carefully with good gesture.

Hi I am a stakeholder of Sikkim we have been working with group Keswani after COVID they served every guest with best efforts. Even I have stayed there several times the rooms are clean food is really good and all the staff are corporative. Hope they will continue this. My best wishes
