Summit Norling Resort & Spa, Gangtok

Rooms are very neat and clean. Apart from deluxe room, other rooms are very spacious. Staffs are very polite and Co-operative also quick responding to guest's needs. Location is quiet and away from gangtok city's chaos. Best for having relaxed stay. Food is really good with variety of options. Atmosphere wise its very beautiful and calm place.

the stay was nice with spacious rooms and maintained nicely. little old rooms but maintained properly and okay for the price. but did not even do a small room decoration even on request for our 1st wedding anniversary celebration which most of the hotels does without even asking. The food was above average.

Loved the warm welcome by the staffs. Food options are less but all the available items were amazing. Team was kind enough to arrange a cake for celebration of our friends birthday. The singer there is amazing and performs every evening. Very friendly. Loved the ambience of the property and friendly nature of crew members. Highly recommended.

Very nice resort but the location is far away from the main city.. Well landscape with pretty flowers, they have live music on some nights.. The food is amazing and the staff at the restaurant is so courteous and hospitable..they made this stay very pleasant apart from the tasty food.

Great service at the restaurant by Kabita, Smriti, Lalham and Aita. Good food and very cooperative chefs. Beautiful property overall. The rooms give an amazing view of the scenic beauty. The architecture of the resort ties really well with the city landscape.

Summit is very professional group who really care for their customer, during our recent stay at Gangtok they helped us to change the room based on availability, Front desk team was exceptional, special mention about Namrata, a kind lady with sweet smile on her face. She provided all the supports when needed. The food and restaurant staff was also great. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for the family vacation stay , though the location is little far from MG Marg but can be managed through taxis.
