I had a fantastic stay at this hotel!Sterling orange village The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed specially swarup and promod the manner fo the hotel and passang, pardeepand the housekeepingand the supervisor . My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. I also loved the breakfast buffet-lots of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again! Specially swarup he is very kind and generous

Orange Village, Sterling Hotel, has a very cosy atmosphere. The restaurant stands out in overall experience. Best food you will taste in Gangtok. Its here that I learnt from Mr Sandesh Rai and Mr Pramod Subba, about local cuisines and one of my favorite, Dally Chilly. We stayed in a suite room with a balcony overlooking the mountainsand valley, and the views were breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. We especially appreciated the Staffs generous and kind service.|Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located. The ease of local transportation to and fro from Main Gangtok Town was good.

This hotel was very beautiful for friends and family members. The view is great outside of the window and balconies. In this hotel we get Gym, Sona, Spa, meeting hall and other useful things. The food is also awesome. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have no complaints. But my team and I were disappointed with the maintenance of the room. Day 1 they did good. But on the 2nd day we faced a water problem and a hot water problem too. This one thing is minus is this hotel but other things are good.

We are visit fast time in this resort. really very nice ambience. room is very clean and well maintained. view was excellent . Food also very good and tasty .all staffs are very good and polite. specially pradeep chakraborty housekeeping manager he was very helpful. thankyou everyone.

Location is nice.View from the window or balcony is fantastic.Service is also good but not fast but we needed to remind them 3-4 times.Food is tasty.Mr.Pramod and Mr.Swarup were friendly.Internet is also good.Loved the system.Otherwise everything is fine. Thank you sterling for giving us this experience....

Awesome place with an old world charm with modern amenities.. But what makes it worth is the very friendly and professional staff. A Big shout out to Bhawesh and Trishna at the reception. Pramod, Barun, Swarup Usha and Prithvi in the Restaurant..Pramod is ur go to guy for anything in the restaurant.. (PS: u should be going out of ur way when a toddler is involved..if I get a call back i could explain) A lil away from Gangtok city but at decent hrs cabs easily available..
