My family and I recently stayed at Le Vintuna in Gangtok for four nights, and it was an overall wonderful experience. The hotel premises were very clean and well maintained, giving a fresh and welcoming vibe right from the moment we checked in. One of the biggest highlights was the stunning view from our room balcony -- peaceful and a perfect backdrop to wake up to each morning.||The staff service was decent, polite and helpful when needed. That said, the food was an absolute standout. We tried the buffet as well as room service, and every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was absolutely delicious, which added so much value to our stay.||The hotel's amenities, particularly the Happy Hub and the spa, were quite enjoyable and worth an experience ||As for the surroundings, the hotel is situated in a calm, scenic area, and there were no disruptive noises at night, which made our stay even more peaceful. In-room facilities like the TV, AC, toiletries, and other essentials met our expectations, and we faced no issues or inconveniences during the stay.||Final Thoughts-||Le Vintuna is a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Gangtok -- especially for those who value cleanliness, great food, relaxing amenities, and a serene view, and while there's minor room for improvement in staff interaction, everything else was top-notch

I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Le Vintuna, Gangtok, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what one would expect from a reputed resort. We were allotted Room 302, a one-bedroom suite, which has a seriously flawed bathroom design. The so-called "jacuzzi" is just a stand-in tub, with no shower facility in the room. This is not only inconvenient but a major safety hazard. During my stay, I slipped and fell badly while taking a bath due to the poor quality of the bath mat and the dangerously impractical setup. I was left injured and in pain. What made the situation even worse was the shocking apathy of the staff. Mr. Suresh, the front office manager, showed absolutely no concern or empathy. No one from the team checked on me or offered any medical assistance or even basic support. It felt as if guest safety and well-being were simply not a priority. To add insult to injury, the same room was promptly allotted to another guest immediately after my checkout, without any effort to investigate or address the safety issue. When I asked to speak to the General Manager, Mr. Rohit Kumar, I was informed he was not available to meet. In such a serious situation, one would expect the leadership to be responsive and engaged--but unfortunately, that was not the case. Club Mahindra seriously needs to revisit not just its room design and safety protocols, but also its attitude toward guest care and accountability. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe or guest-friendly stay in Gangtok.

Our 3 nights stay was absolutely great! Mr. Rohit Singh the resident GM was exceptionally warm and a great host. I enjoyed Birding every morning and it's so soul satisfying really. The food was good! The staff excellent and cordial. The campus maintained well. A definitely favourite place now for every trip to the state. The only dampener was a 200 meters approach roach - due to a bridge construction there.... Rest was great!

No hot water facility here in all rooms. Club mahindra charges a hefty ASF year on year but basic facilities like hot water in bathrooms are not maintained. |Quite a run down property. Though new it is not maintained well. Cups with cracks and stains kept when we checked in. Bathroom not cleaned and stained towels. |Manager is very rude and not courteous at all in understanding issues unless you escalate. |Club Mahindra further thinks such experiences are normal. |So stay away from this place. It's quite far away from gangtok too. So really not worth, imagine a room with no running hot water is nothing more than a 1 star property.

This is not just a poor design choice--it's a serious safety hazard.||I personally suffered a bad fall while trying to take a bath due to the slippery, ineffective bath mat and the risky design of the bathroom. I was badly injured, and what's worse, the property staff showed zero concern or empathy. There was no follow-up, no medical attention offered, no apology--nothing. They were more concerned about room occupancy than guest safety. In fact, they allotted the same room to another guest right after I checked out, without addressing or acknowledging the incident.||This kind of apathy is unacceptable, especially from a hospitality brand that claims to prioritize guest experience. It's clear that safety and basic guest care are not part of their priorities here.||Would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, guest-friendly, or quality experience in Gangtok.

It's a well kept property amidst beautiful greenery and the best part was the courtesy and efficient services rendered by the staff. Would like to specially mention about F&B Manager, Munna Subba, Suresh Sharma, Bachhan Prajapati, Pratiksha, Kalpana and Ram jas Rawat who all went beyond the call of their duties to make us wanted and comfortable throughout our stay. Spa's facilities, however, need to be substantially improved. |I wish all the above staff members all the very best in life and hope the Club Management would also recognise and reward their dedication towards their duties.

Club Mahindra Le Vintuna is a perfect place to spend our leisure. We stayed here for three nights. Stay was very comfortable. We explored Gangtok, Nathula pass and Ranipool. The staff at restaurant were very friendly and courteous. Our special thanks and appreciation to Ms Kalpana who taken care of us very much. Our appreciation to Ms Pratiksha too. Food was great.Chef Kalpana, Anurag and Bhopal did a great job and made tummy filling food. Hygiene practices ware great.|Property is well maintained and managed. I enjoyed family stay and had an amazing experience. Weather and scenes around are breath taking.
