I had a fantastic stay at Zip By Spree Hotels Gangtok! The property is clean, modern, and ideally located with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. What truly made my experience exceptional was the warm hospitality of the staff, especially the General Manager, Mr. Rohit. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort--personally checking in on our needs, helping us with local recommendations, and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. His professionalism and genuine care made a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok--you won't be disappointed!

Greta view from the suite and upper deck restaurant. Humble staff at the hotel, Pradeep singh did a great job and meticulously managed the room with cleanliness. Hotel has budget friendly room options available. Breakfast could be better. We opted to stay for 2 nights in the suite room that has a microwave and shelves with living room and bedroom.

A very good hotel on Tibet road just 10 mins walk from M G Market with good spacious rooms , polite and courteous Staff and good food. Room service needs to speed up as i found them a bit slow. But I am sure they would improve on it. Note For Senior Citizens Need to climb down stairs to reach Hotel.

Very nice hospitality offered. A polite n courteous staff. Service offered with a smile. Sumptuous meals offered within the hotel that kept us energetic throughout the day. Any service request was promptly attended out of the way. The umbrellas given to us helped us a lot in the rainy day.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Service was excellent, especially by Pradip Singh, who was prompt and attentive. The staff, from reception to the security guard, was warm and welcoming.||The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the hotel's prime location near MG Road made it convenient for exploring the city.||However, the hotel's entry was a bit constricted, which might be inconvenient for guests with vehicles. Also, the breakfast was underwhelming and could be improved in quality and variety.||Overall, a great stay with excellent service and location, with minor areas for improvement.

Had a pleasant stay at Zip by Spree in Gangtok. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the cafeteria offers a great view--a must-see! Breakfast was simple but decent. Note: No on-site parking, so you'll need to onboard/offboard quickly due to narrow, jam-prone roads. However, the staff was very proactive in helping with luggage. The location is excellent--just a 6-minute walk to the market, and once inside, the property has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, a good experience.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in Gangtok so far. This was my third time visiting Gangtok and we decided to book Zip by Spree after reading online reviews. And the hotel is exactly as the review says, it's just a stone's throw distance away from MG Marg road. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was good. I particularly liked the chhole bhature they had . All in all it was a very good experience. Would love to visit again.

I had an incredible stay at Zip Gangtok! The interior were modern and sophisticated. Rooms were comfortable after a tiring day of sight seeing. The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop cafeteria. It offers a stunning view of the city and snow capped mountains. Plus it is just 5 mins walk to MG Marg makes it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend. Cheers!!
