Our stay at Yangthang Heritage from 19th to 21st February was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel truly embodies the essence of heritage, blending traditional elegance with modern comfort. The rooms offered breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga and the best panoramic view of Gangtok city, making every morning a delight. One of the most remarkable aspects of our experience was the kindness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. Due to a payment issue, our booking was made twice, but despite their strict no-cancellation policy, the administration generously canceled one of the bookings without any hassle. This level of understanding and customer care is truly commendable. A moment that stood out was on our anniversary midnight when, upon my wife's request, the staff arranged for a cake at exactly 11:59 PM. Considering the freezing cold, this thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special. Such dedication to guest satisfaction speaks volumes about the hospitality of Yangthang Heritage. The hotel's stunning views, impeccable service, and warm hospitality make it an ideal stay in Gangtok. Highly recommended for those seeking a blend of heritage, comfort, and exceptional service.

What truly stood out was the personalized service provided by Mr. Kalyan&neta the restaurant manager. He took the time to understand individual guest preferences and relayed those details to the chef, ensuring a delightful and tailored dining experience. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally well-designed, effectively minimizing outside noise and contributing to a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, had a pleasant stay. Down to earth support team. Good IN room dining experience. One of the best hotels in Gangtok. Good view from our room. Especially weather was superb during our stay. Special thanks to the chef who did a great job in the backend. All the staff are very helpful and supportive.

The resort is at prime location in the city of Gangtok near MG Marg. The entire staff is cooperative and make you feel at home. Rooms are of big size with view of majestic Himalayas. The restaurant is awesome. They serve high quality tasty meals. The restaurant manager Kalyan and his entire staff provide you a very good service. If I have to visit Sikkim again, I will prefer staying in this resort.

Fantastic hospitality and a very sensible staff. We had stayed for two nights with family and had requirements for jain food. Never expected that they will understand and prepare with such care. Mr Rikesh, Ms Nita and the entire staff gave us exactly the way we would eat at home, both breakfast and dinner were provided with variety of dishes suitable to us. Also, the location of hotel is just besides main MG road market. Hence, making the stay perfect and memorable.

It was a nice.experience to be in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and we got a homely feeling here. Food was good except for some items (It may be due to the fact that I'm a south Indian). Room is good and spacious. But there is some issues with the door of the bathroom and the main door also.

Kalyan and Team services are very well, the team is very friendly and always ready to help, we liked the chicken biryani a lot. Room Services are good but we feel the team should be more proactive then being reactive. Location is very near to MG Road and the mountain view from the rooms are really awesome.
