One of the nice property. Staffs are really nice. Praveen was the person handling with our requirements and he is so good. Rooms are clean and they even provided us with the room heater. We would really recommend this to every one. Ankit and Sumit were the restaurant managers and they were really helpful with our requirements. Thanks for the nice hospitality.

The stay at the property was truly excellent, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully furnished to meet the needs of guests. The food served at the property was equally impressive--fresh, delicious, and with a good variety of options catering to different tastes. Dining at the property was a highlight, with the meals prepared to high standards of taste and hygiene.||One of the strongest aspects of the property is its staff. Every member of the team was polite, attentive, and cooperative, going out of their way to ensure that all our requirements were met promptly and efficiently. Their warm and welcoming attitude added greatly to the overall positive experience.||However, one area that requires attention is the approach road to the property. It is currently in poor condition and could benefit from significant rework to ensure safer and more comfortable access. Improving the road would not only enhance the first impression for guests but also make arrivals and departures smoother.||In conclusion, the property provides excellent accommodation and dining, supported by a dedicated and friendly team. With some improvements to the approach road, it could offer an even more flawless and inviting experience.

This place is in a remote corner and is really hard to get to. Add 30 minutes extra to wherever you go to, far off from the market. The rooms crawl with all kinds of insects. Particularly mosquitoes and beetles. I found 4 on my bed, imagine the horror. The bathrooms are ancient with no proper hot water or even cleanliness. Restaurant service is good. There are enough options even for kids. Overall does not really deserve a 4 star, at best a 2 star

I stayed with family for 3 nights. Food with live music every day is great experience. Breakfast has good options and staff is always looking to help you. Appreciate the service provided by Sameer in Restaurant. |It has well maintained recreation room. Overall 5 Stars.

Food is pure veg. Very good spread. Rates are very reasonable. Views from property is very good ( property is far from main centre of city. So, be prepared for this if you prefer great mountain/nature view) Very very friendly/courteous staff. Kids area was simple, but with renovation I guess it will be improved. Room taps was not correctly configured. One was always hot, other was slow to get heated. Power sockets were loose for tv and other one. Charging 2 devices was a problem.

Our stay at Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel right at home. Their hospitality really stood out. The food was absolutely delicious, and the fact that it's 100% pure vegetarian made the experience even more special. Highly recommended

We are pure vegetarian so we preferred to book udaan properties throughout our sikkim and Darjeeling trip. Had a great experience specially the fresh food. This resort is beautiful and has great mountain views, we were here on our anniversary day, so we decided to be in the resort and relax as it is far from the city. The staff's behaviour is good and professional. :)

The staying was lovely.. with homely atmosphere..Praveen Saroj Elmit Sanjay Asmita being too polite and very well behaved... they were very helpful to any situation.. food was lovely.. Ankit was a perfect guide for the any thing you need in restaurant.. definitely will visit again..
